This magazine and customer service is awesome. My clients love it as well as I love the customer service. I recently had a small problem, and I called in and BILAL SYED was AMAZING! He stayed with me on the phone and helped me understand my issue, and made sure it was taken care of and I was satisfied. I now have a direct contact to him and will reach out to him first to help me solve any issues I may have with the magazine or the website, ( which is very easy, but I just needed guidance on one custom thing). If you are considering a great item of value that your clients will love, please give the magazine a try, I have used it 3 years now, and now am able to have my vendor partners showcased on the back page as well.
