Her approach to my situation was professional, and she actually came across as wanting to make sure each and every detail was addressed and handled appropriately. You have a great asset in Chantaul, and I hope if there are any other issues that arise, I am fortunate enough to have her on the other end of the phone....... No really, she was that good!
