I have been trying to cancel this for a week now. I just RECEIVED a call from a very rude gentleman at Reminder who once he got me on the phone claimed that I absolutely HAD to speak with someone else in order to cancel my account. He then put me on hold for 3 minutes, returning only to tell me that nobody was available to speak with me - AFTER HE CALLED ME! I then questioned why I had to speak with someone to cancel my service and he informed me that he did not have the power to cancel it. I guess he only has the power to call me, put me on hold, and then ultimately HANG UP ON ME when I questioned why he cannot just terminate my account. I referred two other Realtors to thisservice. I have been a good customer, and prior to this experience I may have been willing to re-up at some point once the market turns around. This guy hung up on me for having the audacity to protest him calling me, putting me on hold, and then being of zero use. He clearly, as an English-speaking human being with vocal cords and fingers, could tell whoever the wizard is behind the curtain that I want to cancel my account. He definitely was able to communicate, which is the literally only skill that would be required to pass that message along. Instead, he hung up on a customer.
