I just dealt with Alex Campbell late this afternoon, and she pretty much typifies the company: Always very positive, helpful with suggestions, and will work with clients on payments. This is a company that always seems to have their clients' best interests at heart. I neve feel rushed, and their suggestions are usually made with strong backing. I would highly recommend this company, its policies, products/services and its employees.
