Alex (Female :) ) was so helpful and took so much time to help me achieve my goals. I have Alex (male) as my acct contact and while he was away she stepped in and solved so many mix ups I was facing, she was so helpful and really made it a great experience. Cannot raved enough about her customer service and how pleased I was with my call with her.
