I had difficult adding new clients and making changes to my magazine list. After waiting on the line for long time. I was greeted with an apology, and had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service person name Tawha. He helped me with making changes to my client list. He was patient and respectful and shared helpful information for me to access my account in the future with no stress. I am Grateful for the service received.
