I signed up with Reminder Media and was excited to mail personalized Magazines to my A-List Clients as well as a gorgeous digital edition for my entire database. I used the Spreadsheets that my Rep. from Reminder Media provided to me, so they could upload my Clients to the mailing list. This should have been very easy. I entered each of my 50 to the spreadsheet because my spreadsheet was not compatible with theirs, no big deal. When I went in to my account to check on the mailing list, everything was entered incorrectly. Rather than help me fix it, they argued with me and uploaded another list- also incorrect. No one called, they just argued with me by email telling me everything looked fine to them, I had to take screen shots and send them the pictures to show them that they had last names in for first names, missing names, etc. It was literally nothing close to what I had sent them. I spent hours fixing it late at night to get all of the names in correctly to meet their deadline. They charged me twice for the digital edition, the digital edition never went out to anyone. When I asked them to walk me through and see where my contacts were and who was opening the digital edition they said they would call me the next day. No one called. I was in the list that I sent to them, I should have been receiving a digital edition myself. 2 months go by, nothing in my inbox. No one called me to help me figure out why. So I called in to cancel my account. Only then did a Manager, Nicole, call me. I was so frustrated that I did not wish to have a conversation about trying again, I would rather spend my time with another company with better service, Nicole stated that she was very sorry for the confusion and she wanted to make it right so I can see why they have been in business for 17 years. She told me that she personally had the authority to refund the months that my digital edition never went out, which she did, and that she would offer me one free mailing for my troubles. She told me that she would call me the following week to set everything up and she would personally walk me through it. I figured if they were willing to make it right, then I was willing to give this another try. It is a beautiful product. Nicole called when she said that she would, we went through setting up the next mailing. She said that she would recover my digital edition with my list and call me back to set everything up. When she called back she said that she was no longer offering my free mailing because I was able to get all of the addresses in myself and they were sent out to the correct addresses. That she would only give me 30% off for my troubles. She said that it was her Manager's decision to do that now and it had to go through approval. It's one thing for a company to mess up once or twice and not do what they say they were going to do. However, it was literally every single step of the way they did not do what they promised over and over again. A total waste of time. It's a shame because it could be an excellent marketing product.
