The magazine is ok. Didn't know I was locked into a 12mo contract. Ask to cancel and they transfer you to a "closer" to sell you other products. Zero ROI, I just want to be done.

6 months ago, I had to pause my membership for serious health issues. I was able to start working again recently and reconnected with RM this last week. Got my Magazine and digital media back up and running with a lot of help from the team there at RM. The care, help and can-do attitude were amazing. I use Reminder Media years ago. I didn’t find it to be a very good use of my money for our firm and stopped using them. Since then I have been getting harassing calls trying to re-sign up. I have expressed multiple times that I wanted them to take us off their list and they have . I even had an agent called me this morning, harassing me to hop on a zoom call and taughting me laughing at me and being completely rude. His name was Brian and was extremely unprofessional. NEVER EVER will use this company ever again.
Chantaul was absolutely AMAZING! She is the poster child of customer service. She actually took the time to address my marketing concerns while offering different options to improve visibility. She was patient and listened carefully to my needs to accommodate exactly what I needed. Thanks Chantaul!

I received a sales call for this product, and of course they promised the moon. I agreed to give it a try because I was told I could cancel at any time. After receiving four issues and finding the product subpar, I decided to cancel. Now they tell me I’m committed to six issues. They also told me there was a 50-magazine minimum; however, after I signed up, they informed me that the minimum is actually 65 because you must also receive 15 printed magazines. I do not recommend this product or this company.

Being an old geezer, I was perplexed and confused, when I logged on to the R.M. site to make a few edits to my American Lifestyle Magazine, only to find the site had been completely re designed. I was a stranger in a strange land! That all changed though, when I phoned customer service, and was blessed to be helped by Alex Campbell. She cheerfully showed me the tricks and tips to navagate the new site. I must admit, everything was changed, but in a GOOD WAY! kudos to the Architects who created the sensible, simple, and useful changes. Alex held my hand, and walked me through the site, explaining everything in easily digestible terms.
