I have been working with this company for three years or so, they are very professional and honor your request as a customer. They are extremely helpful and they’re very creative. I haven’t used any other company for any marketing materials, except for them. I give them an A+ as a score

I contacted support for clarification and assistance with my new dashboard on the website. My marketing advisor, Min, used her technical expertise to walk me through several steps in order to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts to the social media automation on the platform . She was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process.

Back in June of 2026 I ordered a one time magazine order from Reminder Media at a cost of 500.00 and we agreed that it was supposed to be a one time order I didn’t receive the magazines until sometime in July of 2026 and here in August 23rd of 2026 they attempted to debit my account again for 499.00 I immediately contacted my bank to dispute that charge no appreciates being taken advantage of or lied to I will never do business with them again

The magazine is ok. Didn't know I was locked into a 12mo contract. Ask to cancel and they transfer you to a "closer" to sell you other products. Zero ROI, I just want to be done.

6 months ago, I had to pause my membership for serious health issues. I was able to start working again recently and reconnected with RM this last week. Got my Magazine and digital media back up and running with a lot of help from the team there at RM. The care, help and can-do attitude were amazing. I use Reminder Media years ago. I didn’t find it to be a very good use of my money for our firm and stopped using them. Since then I have been getting harassing calls trying to re-sign up. I have expressed multiple times that I wanted them to take us off their list and they have . I even had an agent called me this morning, harassing me to hop on a zoom call and taughting me laughing at me and being completely rude. His name was Brian and was extremely unprofessional. NEVER EVER will use this company ever again.
Chantaul was absolutely AMAZING! She is the poster child of customer service. She actually took the time to address my marketing concerns while offering different options to improve visibility. She was patient and listened carefully to my needs to accommodate exactly what I needed. Thanks Chantaul!
