I received a sales call for this product, and of course they promised the moon. I agreed to give it a try because I was told I could cancel at any time. After receiving four issues and finding the product subpar, I decided to cancel. Now they tell me I’m committed to six issues.
They also told me there was a 50-magazine minimum; however, after I signed up, they informed me that the minimum is actually 65 because you must also receive 15 printed magazines. I do not recommend this product or this company.
Customer service is top notch. It’s like having you own assistant.

Being an old geezer, I was perplexed and confused, when I logged on to the R.M. site to make a few edits to my American Lifestyle Magazine, only to find the site had been completely re designed. I was a stranger in a strange land! That all changed though, when I phoned customer service, and was blessed to be helped by Alex Campbell. She cheerfully showed me the tricks and tips to navagate the new site. I must admit, everything was changed, but in a GOOD WAY! kudos to the Architects who created the sensible, simple, and useful changes. Alex held my hand, and walked me through the site, explaining everything in easily digestible terms. I'm beyond pleased, and strongly encourage the bosses to give Alex a well deserved (Xtra Large) raise!!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Kinda pushy and ghosted me a few times, then high-pressure sales when I was not ready to be on a schedule, as I have not fully launched my business. High quality magazine, but the only option is one test, then 5 more as a subscription. need more flexibility. Even though I love the product, the poor customer service and forced into a subscription model is a BIG RED FLAG!!!! STAY AWAY from this company! Horrible experience. They will come back and respond to this saying they don't want anyone to have a bad experience, as I have read some other comments. Did you REFUND those DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS??? I WANT A REFUND and I have not even gotten my first magazine. LURED me in with a possibility to 'win', yet not one mention of this since!!! Kinda strange! Such a TRAUMATIC interaction with your 'customer service' people. Twenty years in business and you have to lock people into an unbreakable contract? High pressure sales tactics? 20k subscribers on YouTube but every video under 200 views? most under 30? Something is wrong. Why was I ghosted two times? Did they quit? Then why was I pressured by Jack? He was supposed to reach out after my trial, but his demeanor shows me he is a 'closer'. I absolutely HATE pushy salespeople, and despite you having a great product, your pushiness and unbreakable auto subscription model are disgusting.
Reminder Media has excellent products and services at reasonable prices. They are great customer service representatives, from Ally to Raymond Hoffman. Everyone was vested in my complete satisfaction. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend these guys. They are patient in helping you to figure out what your needs are and will help you make better choices when it comes to spending your marketing dollars. The magazines are well received however, I had stopped the magazines a couple years ago. I was getting some response but not really what I needed. This time I spoke with reps and they walked me through a system to get even better results. I would advise you to listen to these guys. They know their stuff. True pros!
We are loving the customer service of this company. The people are friendly and helpful. I keep a very full schedule as a Producing Managing Broker. I would never get any customization done without there steady reminders, encouragement and follow-up. They are persistent without over stepping and they know I need help to complete the project. I wish I received this kind of support from every marketing avenue I participate in. In fact, several I have moved on from would still have me as a customer if they had the kind of customer service ReminderMedia has.
I tried to cancel this printing and I keep getting the “ run around” . I told them for a week to cancel. Keep playing phone tag. Then I get an email saying it’s a subscription program. Not happy at all.
The customer service team worked closely with me every step of the way to help me extend my deadline, edit a piece of my magazine, add additional advertising to my magainze. It was resolved.effortlessly and timely. Looking forward to continue marketing with them.
