Im on the verge of cancelling. I really wanted to try this product out but I am quite fustrated. I am looking to get the Magazines done but I have had an underwhelming amount of help with it. The guiy that was telling me what needs to be done was very rushed and not given enough time to go through everything in detail to set up the magazine. Instead I was told that the process is more "off hand" and that if you dont hear from me I will be charged and the Magazines just sent. I also want to take advantage of the Digital marketing, but again he was too rushed to help me set that up... He instead scheduled another call with "someone that can help me" but it was just another upsell sales call.
The customer service is amazing. Andrenis was patient , answered all my questions and updated my info in record time.
Terrible company to work with! They say you can cancel if you are not satisfied when you sign up, but that is not true. They will continuously charge you no matter what even after you have requested to remove your payment info. They do not "remind" you about the marketing materials you are sending out and I have had an issue with my marketing materials every single time. I am so over this company and it is not right that they continue to decieve others out of money. I have requested so many times to change the dates of my mailings and charges and they do not care.

A couple of years ago I was looking for a new marketing material and strategy and Reminder Media offered a Magazine delivery personalized by me. What I like best about the magazines is that they are automatic and I don’t have to think about it but I can customize as much as I would like. If I need to make changes to my delivery dates or recipients, customer service is amazing!
This past year I decided to try another product Reminder Media offered which included Facebook Ads and Leads. Much like the magazines, the ads are automatic and I do not have to think about what to post. It’s takes the work out of staying fresh in front of potential clients. After over 22 years in real estate, I wanted to try something new and reach more people. Leads do require more work in following up, and the results and return on investment is slower. Potential is there; results are still developing.
Antonio was amazing!! He showed me the emails that I can send out & was very good at showing me around the site. I had no idea what all I could do in addition to magazines.
