I've been using Reminder Media for years and sometimes with these type of companies, you're just one of the many and if you ever have an issue, you can never get a hold of anyone! That's definitely not the case with Reminder Media! They're always helped me within minutes and their "chat" on the website is nnot just AI! Solved my issue quickly once they got on the chat. The AI chat answers didn't quite match what the live agent said but I can fix that issue myself.
