THE BEST customer service and such a great product to stay top of mind. They are beautiful, I always order some extras to give away in person at events. People love to receive them and think it's so cool my name and image are on it.

The folks at Reminder Media are AMAZING! I'm getting ready to publish and send my first magazine, and had a couple issues that I didn't know how to resolve. I sent a help message and within 2 minutes a real person (Andrenis) was helping me – WooHoo!! And, they got me all set with 3-4 minutes. Such outstanding customer care!
Haven't gotten my first magazines mailed out yet but so far I am very pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful everyone I have talked to has been. The process has been easy! Excited to hear what my clients think about the magazines!
I received a sales call for this product, and of course they promised the moon. I agreed to give it a try because I was told I could cancel at any time. After receiving four issues and finding the product subpar, I decided to cancel. Now they tell me I’m committed to six issues. They also told me there was a 50-magazine minimum; however, after I signed up, they informed me that the minimum is actually 65 because you must also receive 15 printed magazines. I do not recommend this product or this company.

It is the easiest, most productive marketing tool that I have. My "cute" story is a little girl, not quite 2 years old, saw the magazine and recognized my picture and called me out by name!

My son and I started using Reminder Media early on in our Real Estate careers--2018 to current. Our clients love receiving the quarterly Magazine and its very simple for us to update the recipient list as we close transactions. Initially our business was very concentrated with buyers. Over the years, staying in touch with those buyers has helped us not only retain past clients but also receive many referrals from past clients. Today, our business is split about 50/50 with buyers and sellers--in part due to the retention of past clients and we feel Reminder Media has been a big help. 9 years in and we've never had to buy leads.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Kinda pushy and ghosted me a few times, then high-pressure sales when I was not ready to be on a schedule, as I have not fully launched my business. High quality magazine, but the only option is one test, then 5 more as a subscription. need more flexibility. Even though I love the product, the poor customer service and forced into a subscription model is a BIG RED FLAG!!!! STAY AWAY from this company! Horrible experience. They will come back and respond to this saying they don't want anyone to have a bad experience, as I have read some other comments. Did you REFUND those DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS??? I WANT A REFUND and I have not even gotten my first magazine. LURED me in with a possibility to 'win', yet not one mention of this since!!! Kinda strange! Such a TRAUMATIC interaction with your 'customer service' people. Twenty years in business and you have to lock people into an unbreakable contract? High pressure sales tactics? 20k subscribers on YouTube but every video under 200 views? most under 30? Something is wrong. Why was I ghosted two times? Did they quit? Then why was I pressured by Jack? He was supposed to reach out after my trial, but his demeanor shows me he is a 'closer'. I absolutely HATE pushy salespeople, and despite you having a great product, your pushiness and unbreakable auto subscription model are disgusting.

I highly recommend these guys. They are patient in helping you to figure out what your needs are and will help you make better choices when it comes to spending your marketing dollars. The magazines are well received however, I had stopped the magazines a couple years ago. I was getting some response but not really what I needed. This time I spoke with reps and they walked me through a system to get even better results. I would advise you to listen to these guys. They know their stuff. True pros!
