So far, I have had a great experience getting set up and just concluded preparing my second issue to be printed. I love the product and the team members I have worked with have been very helpful! I resumed my magazines after a 2-year break from Real Estate. Last year honestly was challenging to re-start my magazines with Reminder. I assumed, as it sounded, many changes had happened since I last worked with your company (which was 20+ years). The representative I spoke with today, Skin, was helpful. A very thorough experience from choosing exactly who receives my magazine, through customer service for changes. A bit pushy on sales in the beginning offering all the services they do provide. Other than that, my clients love the magazine deliveries and call me "famous!" with a photo of the mag. Professional, high quality, and valuable info is precisely what I was looking for to keep me top of mind.

He is very patient with me because I am technologically challenged. Agent was very helpful and thorough and gave me the exact information I needed. Every time I call, the person I speak with handles my question or problem quickly and efficiently without transferring me to various other people. My clients LOVE receiving the magazine in the mail which surprised me at first. I thought I would try it and see the reaction and then take a different approach if the feedback was negative. It was overwhelmingly positive and many of my clients talk about the great recipes I include; hardly what I expected. But then I realized that they don't always want technical Real Estate information, sometimes a little variety goes a long way. I am very pleased with the marketing program, well worth the price.

I have been a customer of Reminder Media for over 10 years, and love the quality of magazine, as well as the ability to customize what I send in the hard copy magazine. I also send the digital version to a separate set of clients, and it's a beautiful product too and easy to navigate. Four stars for the company because of a major technical glitch that took a very long time to resolve. FIVE STARS to Dan LaBarbera because he is the one was finally able to get it fixed - and he saved me as a customer. He's been professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive whenever I've had a question. And, he's a really nice, genuine person who's easy to work with. Reminder Media has a real asset in him.

Dom always goes above and beyond when setting up my post card campaigns. Her and her staff are always quick to respond when I need to change or update my post cards. She is highly professional and always there when I need. In addition to the post cards, the magazines are always a favorite with my clients. I highly recommend Dom and Reminder Media.
6/26/26 Prior to this writing, I had a counselor assisting me, whose name is Maybboor Hyatt in then Pakistan offices of Reminder Media..As I have stated, she was excellent. Mayor has now taken n a new position . I wish her very well in her new endeavors. Now to my wonderful surprise comes Ms. Kanesha Parker in Jamaica. So creative, patient, kind, with great vision, and complete understanding of her products, are my first blush descriptions of Kanesha. She quickly grabs my thoughts , processes them , and puts forth excellent presentations representing my visions of the publications.
The branded magazines help me tremendously in keeping my face out there and reminding them I'm still in the real estate business. I usually get 1 or 2 remarks/responses when they are received.
