I just started working with ReminderMedia, and I can't praise their customer service enough. Amy was a real joy to work with. She walked me through the whole process of preparing our magazine, showed me how to edit the document, and helped me with some tricky formatting problems I was having. Based on my experience working with Amy, I would highly recommend ReminderMedia to other real estate professionals.
I am continuously impressed with this Reminder Media! The quality is always on point but the customer service is off the chart! I have never had a marketing company work with me as they have...I am a 2 year solid customer in good times and not so good times who will remain a loyally steadfast customer!!!

A very thorough experience from choosing exactly who receives my magazine, through customer service for changes. A bit pushy on sales in the beginning offering all the services they do provide. Other than that, my clients love the magazine deliveries and call me "famous!" with a photo of the mag. Professional, high quality, and valuable info is precisely what I was looking for to keep me top of mind.
