This team is amazing !! They always are on top of things and always exceedingly meeting my expectations!! The customer service is awesome ! All my magazine articles have been wonderful. Now they have additional customization that makes this even more awesome!! A must have for sure !!
Agent was very helpful and thorough and gave me the exact information I needed. Every time I call, the person I speak with handles my question or problem quickly and efficiently without transferring me to various other people. My clients LOVE receiving the magazine in the mail which surprised me at first. I thought I would try it and see the reaction and then take a different approach if the feedback was negative. It was overwhelmingly positive and many of my clients talk about the great recipes I include; hardly what I expected. But then I realized that they don't always want technical Real Estate information, sometimes a little variety goes a long way. I am very pleased with the marketing program, well worth the price.

I have been a customer of Reminder Media for over 10 years, and love the quality of magazine, as well as the ability to customize what I send in the hard copy magazine. I also send the digital version to a separate set of clients, and it's a beautiful product too and easy to navigate. Four stars for the company because of a major technical glitch that took a very long time to resolve. FIVE STARS to Dan LaBarbera because he is the one was finally able to get it fixed - and he saved me as a customer. He's been professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive whenever I've had a question. And, he's a really nice, genuine person who's easy to work with. Reminder Media has a real asset in him.
Consistently puts out a solid product and handles all aspects from design to mailing. It is able to be personalized and aligned to your personal brand for marketing purposes.
Dom always goes above and beyond when setting up my post card campaigns. Her and her staff are always quick to respond when I need to change or update my post cards. She is highly professional and always there when I need. In addition to the post cards, the magazines are always a favorite with my clients. I highly recommend Dom and Reminder Media.
6/26/26 Prior to this writing, I had a counselor assisting me, whose name is Maybboor Hyatt in then Pakistan offices of Reminder Media..As I have stated, she was excellent. Mayor has now taken n a new position . I wish her very well in her new endeavors. Now to my wonderful surprise comes Ms. Kanesha Parker in Jamaica. So creative, patient, kind, with great vision, and complete understanding of her products, are my first blush descriptions of Kanesha. She quickly grabs my thoughts , processes them , and puts forth excellent presentations representing my visions of the publications.
The branded magazines help me tremendously in keeping my face out there and reminding them I'm still in the real estate business. I usually get 1 or 2 remarks/responses when they are received.
Zeenat Zahra has been amazing with guiding me through the process from start to finish. She was able to assist me with the opportunity to continue having the magazine printed, by revising things to best fit my business to the moment. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her as she has answered numerous questions to ensure that I am happy with the product and what's available to me. The folks at Reminder Media are AMAZING! I'm getting ready to publish and send my first magazine, and had a couple issues that I didn't know how to resolve. I sent a help message and within 2 minutes a real person (Andrenis) was helping me – WooHoo!! And, they got me all set with 3-4 minutes. Such outstanding customer care!

I resumed my magazines after a 2-year break from Real Estate. Last year honestly was challenging to re-start my magazines with Reminder. I assumed, as it sounded, many changes had happened since I last worked with your company (which was 20+ years). The representative I spoke with today was a jewel. She listened, she completed my request, and I was able to go back to work quickly. I look forward to the next magazine with Reminder Media. Judy Houston
I would strongly caution anyone considering using ReminderMedia. I originally spoke with a sales agent named AJ regarding a direct mail campaign, and it was made very clear to me that the $313 charge was a one-time payment and that I could decide afterward whether I wanted to continue services. Shortly after, I received another call regarding a “free” website and tracking service connected to the postcards. I was specifically told that service would expire at the end of the month unless I chose to continue it. At that point, it sounded like two completely separate services — one being the direct mail campaign and the other being an optional $84/month add-on. Instead, I was charged multiple times without authorization. When I called to dispute it and request a refund, they refused and claimed I had signed up for ongoing services, which I absolutely did not knowingly agree to. Even after I explicitly cancelled ALL services, I was charged again. At that point, I had to contact my bank and place a stop payment because I no longer trusted the company after being told everything was cancelled. Another major issue is the lack of transparency. They provide no proof of where the postcards are actually being mailed, no mailing verification, and not even previews of what was supposedly being sent out. In my experience, this company uses misleading sales tactics, makes cancellation extremely difficult, and continues billing after cancellation requests. Completely unacceptable experience and a waste of money.
Partnering with Reminder Media, has helped us gain fast traction in getting others to know who we are with the introduction of our non-profit. We were hesitant at first as I'm a Financial Advisor by trade. However, I must say, it was one of the best decisions My husband and I made. I Highly recommend ReminderMedia. And the staff makes you feel as though you've known them all your life. Thank you ReminderMedia for helping to making our outreach ministry top notch.

Kinda pushy and ghosted me a few times, then high-pressure sales when I was not ready to be on a schedule, as I have not fully launched my business. High quality magazine, but the only option is one test, then 5 more as a subscription. need more flexibility. Even though I love the product, the poor customer service and forced into a subscription model is a BIG RED FLAG!!!!
