I have bought lots of different real estate services and they all leave me in a ho hum mood EXCEPT ReminderMedia. They have excellent products and I truly love my magazines and post cards. They have definitely elevated my Brand!

Reminder Media has an amazing magazine that I send to my sphere and past clients. I regularly hear from recipients that the articles and recipes are fantastic and it’s one of the few magazines they read cover to cover. I can customize the back cover and the inside back cover to feature recent listings and customer reviews. The customer service is top notch as well!

I was struggling with trying to change the front cover of my magazine to include a cover with a QR code. Support from Summer was amazing. I had simple, basic questions and she helped me through them all!

[UPDATE] I'm updating to 5 Stars! ReminderMedia worked out the kinks to the new software and everything runs smoothly. I mostly want to give a shout out to the Customer Service Team that is always available by phone and online chat. That respond quickly and always confirm things are running smoothly. This print piece has really been such a special addition to stay top of mind for my clients, friend and family. [PRIOR REVIEW] I really enjoy sending my branded magazines to my clients. The print pieces are always of good quality and the articles are relatable. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars (more like 4.5) as they changed the software editing platform and it has become more time consuming waiting for custom designs. The ReminderMedia team is always helpful and they allow for flexibility in the issue deadlines. I really love this product.

I have been a regular customer for years. My clients appreciate the content and enjoy receiving something in the mail they'll actually read. Some keep the magazines for months. I walked into a clients home one time and discovered a pile of them. I love all the branding too and the customization options offered. It's a huge time saver when compared to doing pop bys. And, anytime I needed help with either adjusting mailing dates or needed more time for customization, they have always been accommodating and easy to reach.

So far, this company has provided a nice service. It took the salesmen a while to talk me into a printed magazine. I feel no one really pools at print anymore. I will say that I had some clients call, email and text that they really liked the magazine. I am sending this to my A+ clients, but I also added a few prospects on my 2nd magazine. The product they deliver is high quality. I love NO advertisements and that was what my clients said too. You can pick the front & back covers and the tear outs which I really like as maybe the month you deliver may differ from their standard choice. Anyway, it feels a bit more like me vs. someone else. Customer support on the chat was very effective too. 1st it was automated, and I said no, that didn't help and immediately they had a real live person solve my questions. Overall, I was pleased enough to order a second drop. I didn't give them 5 STARS yet as I would like to see a referral. But the fact that my clients even mentioned the magazine and that they liked it was worthy as the entire purpose it to remember I exist! As a Realtor that is important!
