Even though I thought that the deadline for revisions had passed, Alex went above and beyond to assist me in updating our company logo on the front page of my magazine. She got graphics involved immediately and continued to work on my behalf until an excellent cover was achieved. She even upgraded my account so that I can make future changes on my own.
