It's a beautiful magazine! And clients really enjoyed the recipes in it. As of yet I have not seen any reward, but it has only been 4 months since I joined. It's cost is a bit high, and the frequency seems too often for me as a newer agent. I asked to have it set up as quarterly which I was told would be done, it was not. Hopefully this time it will happen. That's the reason for the 4 star
Reminder Media magazines have been a great way of keeping in touch with our clients - past, current and future. I often get a note from recipients that say how much they love receiving the magazine. It's a great, fun way to stay top of mind. They are also a great marketing tool to give out to prospective clients who come to our open houses. I feel it's an integral part of our marketing budget.
Have been sending American Lifestyles magazine for about 5 years now. Staying top of mind with past buyers and sellers is a fundamental aspect of success in real estate. Our repeat business and referral have become a huge part of our current business we feel these magazines are a very big part of that. It is not something that is an overnight ROI but does seem to be a good long term positive investment.
Not only do I love the magazines, but so do my clients. I’m so pleased with the product and the feedback I receive from neighbors, friends and clients. On top of that the customer support has been fabulous. Can’t say enough good things about the dedication to my success that they put into every interaction.

For my VIP clients, I have been sending them the magazines from Reminder Media and we customize them so that they are receiving a quality magazine with relevant articles. I particularly like that you can customize the tear-out cards and back cover. They've been well received by my real estate clients. I sent out my first issue to 180 past clients and within a few weeks, I had calls from 5 past clients, either sending me referrals (4) or wanting a Comparable Market Analysis (1) on their home. This will translate into about $800,000 in sales? Just from one issue. Two have already closed.

We really wanted to like Reminder Media, but our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We signed up for their magazine service for our firm, and everything seemed fine during the initial call right up until they received our payment. The wrong magazine was sent out to our clients, and despite reaching out repeatedly, we spent weeks trying to get answers. Each time we were told our issue was being “escalated,” yet nothing was actually resolved. At this point, we’ve been ghosted by Reminder Media. Overall, the customer service has been severely lacking, and the experience has been far more stressful than helpful. We cannot recommend Reminder Media based on what we went through. Cool idea but I suggest finding a different company.
