The magazine is ok. Didn't know I was locked into a 12mo contract. Ask to cancel and they transfer you to a "closer" to sell you other products. Zero ROI, I just want to be done.
I simply cannot say enough about, the product line and the awesome team at ReminderMedia. I have a branded home and decor magazine regularly mailed to my past clients and they LOVE it. It has helped keep me top of mind, lifted my professional image and has made me a houshold name with many of my A list clients. My on-line chats with any of the team members when I need assistance is always perfect. Andrenis was the most recent and again, pure perfection. My issue was resolved and I walk away with appreciation and a huge smile.
Definitely a 5 star company. Everyone I have dealt with along the way has been extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Very very happy with the delivery of our magazine!

6 months ago, I had to pause my membership for serious health issues. I was able to start working again recently and reconnected with RM this last week. Got my Magazine and digital media back up and running with a lot of help from the team there at RM. The care, help and can-do attitude were amazing. Agent was very helpful and thorough and gave me the exact information I needed. Every time I call, the person I speak with handles my question or problem quickly and efficiently without transferring me to various other people. My clients LOVE receiving the magazine in the mail which surprised me at first. I thought I would try it and see the reaction and then take a different approach if the feedback was negative. It was overwhelmingly positive and many of my clients talk about the great recipes I include; hardly what I expected. But then I realized that they don't always want technical Real Estate information, sometimes a little variety goes a long way. I am very pleased with the marketing program, well worth the price.

I have been a customer of Reminder Media for over 10 years, and love the quality of magazine, as well as the ability to customize what I send in the hard copy magazine. I also send the digital version to a separate set of clients, and it's a beautiful product too and easy to navigate. Four stars for the company because of a major technical glitch that took a very long time to resolve. FIVE STARS to Dan LaBarbera because he is the one was finally able to get it fixed - and he saved me as a customer. He's been professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive whenever I've had a question. And, he's a really nice, genuine person who's easy to work with. Reminder Media has a real asset in him.

I’ve been sending the Reminder Media magazine to my clients for almost 20 years. My clients love it! - the variety of imteresting anrticles included, the professional appearance, and that I’ve thought of them and sent them this special magazine. I appreciate that I’m able to customize the introductory letter, the cover, the ads, and the tear out cards. The bi-monthly mailing schedule gives me a great reason to call my clients to see their reactions to the content. I’ve also found that the infrequent times I’ve contacted Customer Service for help have led to a speedy resolution of whatever issue I was calling about. Reminder Media makes it so easy to stay in touch with my clients and give them a quality little gift they look forward to receiving.
I like knowing that the magazine will arrive at a past client's house and remind them of our real estate history. I know the content is solid enough that most people will find a reason to hold onto the magazine for a bit and maybe read an article or tear out a recipe. I don't feel like I am sending junk mail, but rather something worthwhile and interesting. I also like to drop off a copy to businesses with waiting rooms. My mechanic, for instance. It also is a helpful tool at a listing appointment. Thanks, Reminder Media!

The folks at Reminder Media are AMAZING! I'm getting ready to publish and send my first magazine, and had a couple issues that I didn't know how to resolve. I sent a help message and within 2 minutes a real person (Andrenis) was helping me – WooHoo!! And, they got me all set with 3-4 minutes. Such outstanding customer care!

I received a sales call for this product, and of course they promised the moon. I agreed to give it a try because I was told I could cancel at any time. After receiving four issues and finding the product subpar, I decided to cancel. Now they tell me I’m committed to six issues. They also told me there was a 50-magazine minimum; however, after I signed up, they informed me that the minimum is actually 65 because you must also receive 15 printed magazines. I do not recommend this product or this company.
