I like knowing that the magazine will arrive at a past client's house and remind them of our real estate history. I know the content is solid enough that most people will find a reason to hold onto the magazine for a bit and maybe read an article or tear out a recipe. I don't feel like I am sending junk mail, but rather something worthwhile and interesting. I also like to drop off a copy to businesses with waiting rooms. My mechanic, for instance.
