I feel like this company lied to me and did NOT deliver the results they promised. It all felt like a big sales pitch. The part I’m most unhappy and frustrated with is their social media service. When I called to speak with a supervisor, it seemed like the staff were just reading from a script. In the end, I never actually spoke to a supervisor. The operator claimed she had spoken to one on my behalf, but it felt like I was just getting the runaround. Overall, I think their customer service is terrible! If you’re considering using their social media marketing services, I strongly suggest you run the other way.
