Being an old geezer, I was perplexed and confused, when I logged on to the R.M. site to make a few edits to my American Lifestyle Magazine, only to find the site had been completely re designed. I was a stranger in a strange land! That all changed though, when I phoned customer service, and was blessed to be helped by Alex Campbell. She cheerfully showed me the tricks and tips to navagate the new site. I must admit, everything was changed, but in a GOOD WAY! kudos to the Architects who created the sensible, simple, and useful changes. Alex held my hand, and walked me through the site, explaining everything in easily digestible terms.
