Worst experience I’ve ever had using a vendor for marketing and it’s sad to because I had 50 other companies planning on using them but with their lack of communication, follow up, and even just the simple request of getting a copy of the branded magazine sent to me and 2 months later having to send 5 follow up emails just to have a supervisor call me and tell me they don’t know why I didn’t get my copy and then also go on to tell me to “up my marketing skills by doing follow up calls to those customers” when they can’t even provide me a copy after being on the same list to send to? Don’t use this company.
