I requested some logo changes that were not published correctly. Therefore, I called ReminderMedia and was connected to a wonderful representative Eeman. Not only did she resolve the issue, she went over and above my expectations by showing features I did not know I had access to. Features that allow me to customize the covers, the tear out and content that appears throughout the magazine, etc. Eeman was patient and answered all of my questions in addition to providing great information. Excellent customer service!!
