I downloaded a free open house packet from this company just to see if there was any ideas I could add to my current open house marketing. It looked nice but nothing useful. I was never interested in signing up for anything so I put a fake phone number knowing they’d use it to call and try to sell me stuff. Well, they went ahead and looked up my number and called me anyways. When I asked them what number they had on file Zach said “some number with a bunch of 5’s in it” so I told him I gave that number so you wouldn’t call and to please take me off your contact list. He very rudely stated “your number is public record” and laughed at me so I asked him again to please remove me from your contact list. I was waiting for another call (which is why I answered in the first place) so I had to hang up. Not 10 seconds later Zach calls me back again and all he could say over and over again was “I’m calling to make sure you don’t have any questions, I’m calling to make sure you don’t have any questions”. I told him I don’t and to please stop calling, it was like speaking to a prank caller who was stuck on repeat, I couldn’t believe the experience I was having, he was shockingly immature and he did everything in his power to make sure I not only never use this company, but that I tell as many agents in my market not to as well.
