I have been using the Reminder Media "American Lifestyle" magazine for 10 years as a means to keep contact with my existing clients, potential prospects and friends. It is a professional piece that gives us creditability as financial planners. It has a personal touch, clients have invited me to their homes to taste the published recipes from the magazine, that they thought I submitted. Their excellent customer service provides us opportunities to "keep" our clients.

Having said that, Reminder Media now offers the ability to schedule a call! I was fortunate to speak with Alex who is absolutely an asset to the Reminder Media team. Woof, what a terrible experience. Don't let them enroll you in anything automatically on their site. These helpful people neglect to tell you anything about the revolving charges associated with them automatically enrolling you in things I didn't want, didn't ask for, and wasn't told had revolving monthly costs. And to make matters worse, you can't use their site to unsubscribe or opt out of ANYTHING. You are forced into calling to cancel, left on hold for about 30 minutes and then given a hard pressure tactic to keep working with them. Gross.
