I have been a regular customer for years. My clients appreciate the content and enjoy receiving something in the mail they'll actually read. Some keep the magazines for months. I walked into a clients home one time and discovered a pile of them. I love all the branding too and the customization options offered. It's a huge time saver when compared to doing pop bys. And, anytime I needed help with either adjusting mailing dates or needed more time for customization, they have always been accommodating and easy to reach.

The magazine is professional quality and shows my professionalism by supplying it to my clients and the community. It is easy to edit and personalize. Always arrives on time.

I love ReminderMedia for the way it sets my business apart from others. My clients love the magazines. I often get texts with pictures of them reading the latest issue with a cup of coffee and their message "look forward to reading your magazine every issue!" and shares of when they've tried a recipe. Those are great moments that I know they truly appreciate the fact I include them in the distribution. So far, this company has provided a nice service. It took the salesmen a while to talk me into a printed magazine. I feel no one really pools at print anymore. I will say that I had some clients call, email and text that they really liked the magazine. I am sending this to my A+ clients, but I also added a few prospects on my 2nd magazine. The product they deliver is high quality. I love NO advertisements and that was what my clients said too. You can pick the front & back covers and the tear outs which I really like as maybe the month you deliver may differ from their standard choice. Anyway, it feels a bit more like me vs. someone else. Customer support on the chat was very effective too. 1st it was automated, and I said no, that didn't help and immediately they had a real live person solve my questions. Overall, I was pleased enough to order a second drop. I didn't give them 5 STARS yet as I would like to see a referral. But the fact that my clients even mentioned the magazine and that they liked it was worthy as the entire purpose it to remember I exist! As a Realtor that is important!

At first I would have put a 3 star because I initially signed up for the branded magazines and the young lady I spoke to NEVER told me about a 6 subscription contract, but thanks to Patrick Kitts and Brennan Harris, they turned my experience around by fully giving me all the details on how to expand my business the right way and cost efficiently. To them I give the full 5 stars and if I need anything done right, I will only go to them. I am a detail oriented person and knowledge is what I believe in and they gave me all the knowledge I need in order to be successful! So thank you!

I have worked with Reminder Media for over 2 years experimenting with all their products (which are nice). However when you wanna be done...They don't let you just walk away. Never generated any business with this product, just thought it was a nice way to splash my name. Make sure you ask what the terms are to get out before you sign up because apparently 2 years of business does not constitute it.
