I can't say enough good things about Reminder Media. I have been working them for about 3 years doing a bi-monthly "Stay Healthy" magazine that I send out to my current insurance clients. Keeping my name and face in front of them on an ongoing basis has brought more referrals than I thought would ever happen. My members love this magazine. I love it too, not just because of the referrals, but they have a friendly and knowledgeable team. They can help design artwork for you if you need it, or tweak what you have. I strongly recommend them for your marketing needs.
Reminder Media puts out some excellent products. They work hard to make us look good and offer some real value to our clients. Their support team is very kind and also work diligently to make sure we understand how to use the system. Overall, very well worth the investment and a great partner to work with.

I find the direct mail from Reminder Media to be a great way to keep in touch with customers and prospects. The magazines are an easy read and I do hear from the people on my mailing list. Plus, their team is great if I need help with design or technical details.

It is so frustrating to navigate in the system. There are no real training videos to help. The training videos that the system offers are just sales brochures for more products. I have spent hours trying to download my Facebook clients. The steps are so obfuscated that it is impossible to figure out. I will request help and report back how long it takes to get a reply.

Company employs loan-shark style salespeople. They’ll lie through their teeth to get you to signup. “Oh don’t worry about that, the cancellation fee it doesn’t apply to you”. “No, no contract!” Yeah right. If you like being straight up lied to your face repeatedly, then go with Reminder Media. There are much better options than these predators.
