They worked really hard to keep me. The content they provided during my short tenure was fabulous. I just had a vet emergency and a dog possibly with cancer and couldn’t pay. I hope to rejoin in the future

Remindermedia has the BEST customer service, I really appreciate the magazine deadline reminders. The magazine itself is very impressive, I love the ability to pick and choose what goes into my magazine. My clients love it, great investment!!

Im on the verge of cancelling. I really wanted to try this product out but I am quite fustrated. I am looking to get the Magazines done but I have had an underwhelming amount of help with it. The guiy that was telling me what needs to be done was very rushed and not given enough time to go through everything in detail to set up the magazine. Instead I was told that the process is more "off hand" and that if you dont hear from me I will be charged and the Magazines just sent. I also want to take advantage of the Digital marketing, but again he was too rushed to help me set that up... He instead scheduled another call with "someone that can help me" but it was just another upsell sales call.
I still haven't received the 15 copies of my magazines to date. The tracking number is invalid and we're now in April. It's says they were delivered Thursday Feb 12.. They call you faithfully if they can't procees a payment and to add more services, but I haven't gotten one phone call to ask if I received my copies of my magazines. Very disappointed

I can't say enough good things about Reminder Media. I have been working them for about 3 years doing a bi-monthly "Stay Healthy" magazine that I send out to my current insurance clients.
