I have always been pleased with the service of Reminder Media and my clients love their American Lifestyles magazine. Today I was assisted by Oliver Martinez. He was very focused, specific in his communication, and took care of my request in record time.
I have found the customer service at Reminder Media to be stellar in their handling of all issues related to the magazine. I have gotten replies even on the weekend.

Reminder Media has been great. The clients that get the magazine love them. Recently I had a need for tech support to update the client list and I wanted to make changes to the magazine. I was lucky to talk to the most knowledgeable person. He was patient and taught me everything about the program and stayed on the line while I and he completed the changes. What a nice guy and great company.

Very helpful making changes to my magazine
I have been partnering with the ReminderMedia team since 2018. I have always experienced great customer service but my most recent experience was EXCELLENT! I spoke with Alex Campbell, Marketing Advisor who not only went over all the latest options I was not aware of but found some older features that I really loved that appeared to have been removed. Yes, I remembered when the digital magazine also included a video link for some of the recipes. Alex searched until she located a particular magazine and the article I was searching for..."The Avocado-Cilantro Deviled Eggs" and "The Maple Garlic Roasted Turkey," which still had the video version included on how to make the turkey. Both these recipes have been a winner to everyone I have shared it with. Alex answered all my questions, tested the new options with me to assure the features were working for me on my side also. Alex was patient, professional, and committed to making sure that we did not end our conversation without me knowing and understanding how to work what was available to continue to grow my business. ReminderMedia Digital Magazine is a great tool to have in my value bag. A definite conversation ice breaker. I have already started preparing for the new and exciting 2026 year!! Tahj ansered my question, although not the answer I wanted to hear! Had hoped the last issue went out to my clients by now since the date was supposted to be Dec. 1-11. NOw i's the 12th, still no magazine. I have a potential new million dollar listing depending on it! I hope it arrives today or tomorrow before it's too late and I miss out :-( But not Tahj's fault)
