This is a great marketing tool for any agent. The auto send with your provided address list is great, it frees up my time greatly! I've had clients call me and say they were ready to sample the food from the pull out cards! Love the ability to personalize the covers to meet my specific marketing plan! I have been using this service for almost a year now, and I love the magazine and extra services the company offers. The company sends email reminders and calls for proof approvals prior to each mailing. I can increase or decrease my mailing list, create multiple lists and send different magazines to different audiences, and select a variety of options for layouts/inserts. They regularly call to suggest follow-ups and ideas so I see a higher rate of return on my investment. They keep working to make the site better and easier to use. And there are extras offered to those using their services. As a new agent, I have found their services high in quality, and therefore, I have expanded my use to include other marketing tools beyond the magazine. One item to note, know your state advertising requirements. They will set-up your information to make sure you remain compliant with your state advertising guidelines, but you must tell them what that is. Communication is key.

They call you 3-4 times a day until you agree on a product, then they charge your card and never deliver or call you back. I promise you you will lose money with this company.

Worst customer service. Received an invoice for a Magazine I never approved. Called right away and the rep was only concerned in repeating that I was wrong and they were right. I did not receive any proof of the magazine, not before or even after they had charged me without my authorization, no one never helped me with the issues I was having, I said I would skip this edition, but they printed without my authorization, and worst, charged me for it. I lost money, and my clients are receiving content I did not approve, even though there was plenty of time to cancel the printing and the magazines were 2 weeks from being sent out. No one cared about keeping me as a client and solving my issue. Also, there is a one time payment for the marketing team that is suppose to help you setting everything up the way you like, that never happened, they just kept calling, pushing on the dates, they are only interested in selling more magazines. Don't work with this company, save your money and time. These companies are supposed to help to alleviate our stress with marketing but they only added more, who would ever want that?

You can set it and forget it if you wish. It's a great touch. I picked up one listing after 2 years because the seller said the other agent didn't stay in touch and I did. Sending the magazine 6x/year was the only communication I had with them besides calling every 6 months or so.

I really like the magazine very much as it gets to all my clients and past clients. The quality of the magazine is outstanding, its better then any magazine that is printed. It does costs a little bit, but all you need to do is sell one house around $100,000 and that would cover you for the year if you are doing around 100-200 magazine. You owe it to yourself to give it one year to try the magazine, it will be the best investment ever.
