They have great customer service and their magazines are great. My clients love them. They are printed on nice paper, the article are interesting. The recipes are a nice bonus.
I am a longtime customer of Reminder Media. This morning I had a tech glitch that I needed to contact them on tho approve the proof of my magazine. They completely understood what I needed and was able to correct the problem within a few minutes. Their customer service is always ready to help and solve any issues.
This is my first time using this magazine and am very happy. With just 43 magazines sent out, I have heard from 6 clients, and have had two listing appointments already. I look forward to more the next round.

The customer service at the beginning was great. After the first month, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. I don't even know if the postcards were ever sent out since I didn't receive any back.

The company always goes above and beyond. I rarely give a 5 star rating (because it's rare that you run into near perfect) but Reminder Media comes very close, close enough for the 5th!!! The response on support when there's an issue, the ability to work with you when you miss something, and the value the products themselves provide to our clients is unparalleled. There isn't another service out there right now that combines as many "good quality" elements as Reminder Media does for our success. One thing I could say (if anything at all) would be to check out the social automation services of Social Bay. If you guys could mimic that array of options for social media posting it would warrant for a 6-star rating.

Beware of the 4 page contract. If the rep promises it is only for 1 month you cannot count on that. Unfortunately I learned the hard way. I am trustworthy so I trust other people. My bad. A very nice manager called me back on the same day. He listened to the recording of my phone call earlier that day. The manager apologized for his colleagues behavior and corrected the situation immediately . I appreciated his call and decided o would continue to do buisness with reminded media.
Very poor experience with reminder media. I was over charged multiple times. Last time I had cancelled my membership (I thought) and spoke with their accounting office 3 times and was told I was getting a full refund and didn’t. Additionally, I was charged for some social media service they offer that I didn’t ever use (I was fully refunded for this). I would not recommend this company at all. Over all I lost about $400

stay away from this company!!- when you try to cancel they make as difficult as possible- scammers- liars- saying they can't sent you a confirmation- they say that another dept has to do it, and give you the run-arounds. all I want is cancellation confirmation - stay away from them. I've been emailing, calling, texting and talking to their chat-bots on the website- i've sent emails. still have not received a confirmation of the my cancellation.
I have been using Reminder Media to send magazines to my real estate clients for over a year. I have received great feedback from clients on the quality of the magazine and the articles in it. I recently reached out to support for help on a landing page issue and they quickly resolved the problem for me without a 2nd contact being needed.
We were so excited to discover Reminder Media. The customer service at the beginning of our contract was so hands on and amazing. Now, trying to get it touch with them is terrible. This week they called our brokerage trying to sell them a subscription and use our name to do so… all while we are awaiting a return email or call from them about our own account. Any communication would be great. We absolutely love the products, but I cannot deal with the customer service. The fact they continue to debit our account without communicating about our needs and sell more subscriptions using our recommendation is extremely disappointing.
