The knowledge and passion works hand in hand and each person I have interacted with has been spot on. I did have an issue, and I didn't at first get the reaction I expected. However, after speaking and working with Azher, I am convinced I made the right decision to move over to ReminderMedia. Thank you again.
Magazines are great quality. However when I first started with ReminderMedia they were strict sales and seemed like they cared about you. After you join it's impossible to get in contact with anyone. The website is terrible and hard to use if it even works. I've tried calling to extend my deadlines for the magazines and can never get in contact with anyone who will actually help me. I've ben told they would call me back multiple times and never seem to get a call back! I do not recommend ReminderMedia and would search elsewhere for a similar product.

The magazine quality and my initial customer experience is 5 stars but the recent customer service is a 0. I cannot express how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience with ReminderMedia. As a loyal customer of over three years who has relied on their services to support my business, I never expected to be treated with such blatant disregard, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism. When I first signed up, everything was great. The service was reliable, and I felt valued as a customer. However, everything changed the moment I inquired about the cancellation process. It was as though the company turned its back on me. Instead of continuing to provide the support and professionalism I had come to expect, I was met with actions and responses that felt dismissive, deceptive, and entirely self-serving. The problems began when my account was canceled without my authorization, simply because I inquired about the cancellation process. I had this initial conversation with Joseph Petrillo, and at no point did I ask to cancel my account—only to understand the process should I decide to do so in the future. Yet, my account was canceled, completely disrupting my business. When I asked Christine Martinez why this happened, she had no real answer. Instead, she gave me the absurd excuse that “the company was looking out for you because since you inquired about canceling, they didn’t want to take your money.” This excuse is not only illogical but insulting. If the company was truly “looking out for me,” why was my account canceled without my consent, and why was Christine so quick to rush through reactivating it by charging my card without confirmation? And now, after requesting a cancellation, why is the company dragging its feet to process my refund? This sequence of events reeks of a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. To make matters worse, the cancellation of my account contradicts the agreement I’ve had with the company for years. I was told that if the minimum threshold wasn’t met, I would receive the difference in copies because I was paying for them. Yet, this understanding was completely disregarded without any communication or explanation. The nightmare continued with Christine Martinez, whose dismissive and high-pressure tactics turned this situation into an even more frustrating ordeal. She assured me there would be no set-up fee for restarting my account because, as she said, “nothing needed to be set up” since my account was already active. Yet I was charged a set-up fee, as clearly shown in the invoices, and forced to go through the entire setup process again. When I raised this issue, Christine outright denied the charge, despite the clear evidence in the invoices. Throughout our conversations, Christine consistently rushed me, spoke over me, and treated me like just another sale to close rather than a loyal customer with valid concerns. Her only priority seemed to be reactivating my account as quickly as possible, with no regard for transparency or professionalism. Even worse, she charged my card without confirming my preference, and I only discovered the charge after the fact. Had I seen the invoice beforehand, I would never have agreed to rejoin under such misleading terms. It’s especially disappointing that I had already communicated my concerns to Derick Gilliam, who responded promptly and professionally at 10:49 AM. This starkly contrasts with Christine’s dismissive and unhelpful approach. The inconsistency is glaring—yesterday, when signing me back up was her priority, I received rushed calls and relentless pressure. But now that I am trying to cancel, my concerns are being ignored, and my requests are going unanswered. Let me be perfectly clear: this is not a “miscommunication” as Christine believes it to be, but I was misled, overcharged, and treated as though my concerns were irrelevant. ReminderMedia’s recent actions have been deceptive, dismissive, and entirely self-serving, showing zero regard for the customers who have supported their business for years.
Antonio Gonzalez was my customer service guy on the phone. He was awesome. He singlehandedly saved me as a customer when I was frustrated over a situation that I inadvertently created. He was able to help me solve my own problem and very adeptly helped me with other products while he had my attention. He is an asset to your team - you should pay him well to retain him because he is a guy who knows how to do business while simultaneously making the customer feel important.
This magazine is of such high quality with great content. My clients really appreciate it.

My company never received a copy of magazine we paid for they decided to send to people they wanted to in area they said. I told them I had a list and wanted most sent to me for my customers. Will never use again. Then never got a copy of the list of customers they sent to.

Jeff and Michael were in communication with me very often. I have truly enjoyed Reminder Media and have been working with them for the last few years. The magazine it's self was good quality and printing. What I didn't like is when they call me up and say I agreed to buy a second printing by accepting a phone call meeting invitation, very fraudulent. Also I did a one time printing the salesman said there is no subscription, cause I would of never bought it if there was. Several months later there another salesman calls and says my second printing is ready and by accepting an invitation to a phone call I wanted to order. I thought this company could be different guess not.

I really like the Reminder media products. I send postcards as well as magazines to my clients and I appreciate their hard work, but they are nonstop with their sales tactics, which I feel are unreasonable, especially for a repeat client. They submit proofs for things that I did not order or even speak to a representative about. It’s unfortunate because as I said, I like the products, but I feel like I have to be on guard every time I talk to them. I actually had gotten a refund for something they sent out that I did not authorize. If they would remedy this situation, I would have to give them a five star review, but unfortunately, I cannot. I have sent this magazine to my Real Estate clients for the past 9 years and they enjoy receiving it as I did as well. It's beautifully illustrated, seasonal, interesting stories and quality paper. I have now retired and moved out of state so I will no longer be sending out the publication but appreciate the partnership with Reminder Media during these years.

The service itself is great, you want to cancel for any legitimate reason, good luck. They have a HEFTY theft fee of $450 or force you to go digital and pay $120. Absolutely insane.

Buyers beware before getting into any kind of magazines. I was hooked into a 6 month contract without even my knowledge and was told there was a fine print that after 1 month, it automatically gets a 6 month contract. It's very hard to cancel out of it once signed up. Go elsewhere ..
Once they have you locked in a contract it’s very hard to get out. They don’t let you cancel your subscription and they say you’re bound by a contract. I didn’t remember signing anything like that so it feels very sleazy.
Their American Lifestyle magazine is fabulous. My past clients enjoy receiving the new recipes and articles. Top notch! I have also used their postcards. Top notch, too.

As a full time Realtor, I get marketing offers for postcard, online services and flyers all the time. I have been using Reminder Media for their magazines to send out to my past clients to be on top of mind. I have also used their services for sending out postcards for my listings. The magazines and the postcards are nice and the price is really good but what really sets them apart is their customer service. They make sure things are done right and always there to help with any questions and make things easier for me to save time. I would highly recommend their services!
