I can say first hand that service is second to nothing for ReminderMedia. One call was all it took to earn my business and I don’t plan on looking back!
Reminder Media and I have been working together for a few months now. They produce a great magazine for me that get sent out to my clients and friends. Like any business or person, we encountered a minor error. The reason for my review is to give a shout out to Joe who showed such passion and dedication in handling the issue. Within 20 minutes my issue was addressed, handled and I felt taken care of and could not be happier to be with Reminder Media as one of their clients. Highly recommend using them!
This magazine was always a high quality publication priced fairly for the content . The companyvwas easy to work with and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had over the last 12 years or more. I have always had thanks and great reviews from my past clients and sphere of influence folks who received the magazine.
Reminder Media is WONDERFUL. If your trying to find new customers or provide your existing customer with good information, these guys are who you need to work with. Their employee service is AMAZING.

The magazines are nice but they make it way too hard to cancel. Tried to cancel through live chat- that was a no-go. Tried to call. Kept getting transferred. Was put on hold for long periods of time. Then the call kept "dropping." Buyer beware.
Team members are responsive and helpful. Very pleased with the support provided.

I explored their services ONCE. They continue to call and harass me with overseas, thick accent callers. Calling from new phone numbers because I keep blocking them. I continually tell them to take me off but they won’t. Harassing company
I used reminder media for the magazine as a one time charge. They billed me again without my consent and trying to get a refund is a joke! Don’t give them your credit card information.
For years, I've relied on ReminderMedia, and without a doubt, their products stand out as the finest I've come across! Currently collaborating with Kat Baker, who orchestrated an exceptional mailing setup!
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! The magazine was cool, but I found similar to everyone else. They advertised as $99 then charged over $200 in hidden fees. I was VERY clear this was a one time purchase and was told multiple times I would have to go in and manually set up and pay for another mailing. They assured me their service was NOT automated. I only discovered they did in fact automate the magazine AFTER I discovered over $300 missing from my account. I wasn’t able to cancel online nor remove my card from the account. I have been waiting all day getting dodgy messages and they’ll call, let it ring once then hang out on you, if you’re lucky to pick up instantly. Save yourself some headache and don’t use RM!
I worked with reminder media for 1.5 years then I cancelled the service as it was not working for my business. They have continued billing my credit card for 6 months now, $418.70 every month. I have called and emailed over a dozen times and they keep telling me my account is completely closed out and that I will not be billed further but then the next month they bill me again. I finally had to reach out to my credit card to dispute the fraudulent charges. This could be an honest mistake but the lack of care and support from them leads me to believe otherwise. I would avoid this company.
The association with Remindermedia has been for more than 10 years and has been absolutely wonderful. They are always helpful, professional, curteous and a remarkable partner. I am elated to continue business with them.
I've been with ReminderMedia for many years, using their printed magazines. Now we are embarking on a digital program and they, so far, have been very helpful! Alle Justice has been holding my hand through the entire process and she has been a Godsend.

I have been using Reminder Media products for a while, but not really utilizing all that was available to me. Peter was super in helping me set things up and explaining things to me so I understood how to do things. I am older and not so tech savvy as the younger generation, so I really appreciated his patience. I highly recommend the products that Reminder Media offers. I have been using their products for about 5 years.

Michael Griego is a breath of fresh air! Unfortunately, in this world now customer service has been on a decline with only having options of emails, chats or texts and never speaking to an actual person. Michael Griego is an exception as he is responsive, supportive and gets the results needed. Reminder Media is fortunate to have him!

I've been with ReminderMedia for several years now, and they've become a crucial part of my client follow-up process. The branded magazine has genuinely interesting articles and I am able to use the content on social media as well. I like reading it every month too. The customer service is top-notch, always there to answer any questions promptly and they spend time on the phone making sure I am familiar with all the services and how to use them. One major difference between Reminder media and so many company likes this is that the owners are consistently on social media/youtube and are accessible if you have issues. They are consistently adding services and improving things. It does not feel like faceless internet marketing service. I even love their Podcast. I can't recommend them enough.

Misleading is a nice way to put it. They tell you the first run is only $99 but then charge you that as a setup fee and then another $225. It’s only $99 if you cancel during the trial period. They also say you can cancel anytime but the contract is for 10 prints or 20 months and if you cancel early you pay a $450 termination fee! RUN!

When I needed assistance with my mailing list the representative was very nice and spent the time necessary to be sure what I needed was done correctly. The magazine is printed on quality paper and the articles are always varied and interesting. The magazine is superb, I give it 5 stars*****.
