Cade is amazing!! I am a new client of Reminder Media and was confused at the billing and cadence of my magazines that were going out. I sent an email to customer service and they were extremely persistent in getting in touch with me. This shows me that they truly care about resolving issues for their clients. Cade called me and explained everything in great detail with me. He also took the time to make sure I knew how to use all the tools and features that the websited offers. After my call with Cade, I am extremely pleased with the service and care that Reminder Media provides. It is a standared, too. And the make the process so easy.
Mostly my assistant was on the recent calls to Reminder Media so I really am unable to answer this question to be honest.
I have been with ReminderMedia for at least 10 years. My clients absolutely love the magazine. It has really nothing to do with real estate. There are receipes and articles about traveling, etc. The quality of these magazines is first class.
Reminder Media has the best customer service. More importantly my clients love the magazine and it allows me to keep in contact with them in a friendly way. I recommend it to fellow real estate professionals.

I had to put $100 downpayment fully refundable,I canceled before we start any work together. Christel Amponin didnt stop replying my emails. and now i have to call my bank dispute vs. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.
I don't recommend them at all! You can cancel however they still continue to charge you. There is always some excuse and they won't refund you back to the time you canceled. Per "Mimi" the person in billing.

If you don't order magazines when they tell you too, they will threaten to close your account. This is the latest survey I sent to them after I expressed that I did not like the upcoming magazine. "This is the first time I've interacted with Mimi Hauser. She was extremely rude, and did not listen to my concerns with the upcoming issue. I told her that I was working with someone else in Reminder Media on a postcard campaign and did not like the upcoming issue. She tried to tell me that I don't have a choice on my billing preferences and I must order magazines. She never tried to offer any resolution by switching to a different magazine and told me she knows better than I do about my client base and how I should market to them. This is certainly the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with an advertising or marketing group. I told her to close my account and will not recommend Reminder in the future. "

Customer Service was on point for first issue making sure looked good and I had reviewed/approved the proof...after that you have to keep up with it on your own. Log in and send yourself proof or review there. I have had an issue send with the same content =( I am halfway through my agreement...I am so ready to be done. They are constantly trying to sale me more, SPAM email. I bought a mailing list moments later their website went down and I couldn't access... After I signed my service agreement they showed up at my office to sign up more agents at our office afterward...I couldn't believe it!! Magazines overall looks great and think that this is a good idea, but I feel after they get you signed up they are less concerned about your satisfaction as they have you for 10 issues?? I was on board with the ease of sending this to my clients, but they want you to log in and then they want you to buy more (digital version, mailing lists, postcards, and more).
Camilo was SUPER helpful throughout my whole process in learning about Reminder Media. He was extremely friendly and patient no matter how many questions we had! This is a great company and we are excited to be working with them!

We have tried 2 products from this company. The first was postcards - they sent a stack of postcards with our ad stuck in the middle where you couldn't even tell it was an ad for our company. The latest was the magazine. Due to being very dissatisfied with this product, we have been trying to cancel it for months. Every time we talk to someone they assure us they are cancelling our account but it never happens. This company sounds great until you have an issue and then you can't get anyone to respond. They don't follow through with what they say they will do. I have been trying to get a return call for 2 days now with no response. It's really too bad they aren't as good as they sound! Buyer beware!!!
Mimi from Reminder Media was awesome! She took the time and sat with me on the phone for an hour and go over the editing of my magazine with me. She showed patience and care and was a complete professional. Great service!
