I worked with two different people on my magazine. Iman was the second person, and she was so awesome. She cared just as much as I did about the product, made sure that everything I wanted was on it. OMG, I absolutely LOVE Cheyenne! She is so friendly and helpful and professional and so easy to talk to and connect with. I feel like she and I would be besties, lol. Everyone at Reminder Media is great, but Cheyenne stands out as absolutely AMAZING! She told me something would get done and she stayed on top of it and made sure it did. We spoke on New Years Eve in the afternoon and she said she saw my name and picked up immediately. How do you think it made me feel when she said that? I'll tell you how: Valued. And isn't that how you want all of your customers to feel? I don't know if she is a supervisor or manager, but she really needs to be. Eeman was awesome!! She took the time to walk me through every portion of the setup and all the options that are available. The program is amazing and will help to automate so many portions of my business. I can't say enough a good things about Eeman. She helped with getting problems straightened out, making sure everything was correct and took the time to make sure that I understood. Even though we were on the phone for a couple of hours she was always nice and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable of every screen and what I needed to do. You could not go wrong.

I have been with ReminderMedia for at least 10 years. My clients absolutely love the magazine. It has really nothing to do with real estate. There are receipes and articles about traveling, etc. The quality of these magazines is first class.
