Reminder Media's Haley Perez came through like a champ in explaining the way Reminder Media's postcard "touch" worked, as well as the return anticipated for each level I might consider. Brennan Harris is an amazing media wizard! He helped me create a unique postcard campaign that literally got me a $3,500,000 Million Dollar Listing on the first day my listing went LIVE. The folks that hired me to sell their $3.5 Million dollar house-came into my Open House with the postcard we created in their hand and hired me on the spot to sell their home, telling me that they had never seen such clever marketing anywhere before. This strategy Works!!!

So far so good! I have sent out the first magazine and the first post card and in making follow up phone calls, their products seem to be well received. And their customer service seems to be on top of it. I'll have more to say after a longer time with them, but I have already been recommending them to other agents in my office. Update: I am now working with RM to send out monthly postcards. I love the quality of the printing. And when I want to tweak the message on my cards to fit my audience, or fix a problem that I feel needs adjusting, Jess K. and Michael G. are super to work with!!!

I downloaded a free open house packet from this company just to see if there was any ideas I could add to my current open house marketing. It looked nice but nothing useful. I was never interested in signing up for anything so I put a fake phone number knowing they’d use it to call and try to sell me stuff. Well, they went ahead and looked up my number and called me anyways. When I asked them what number they had on file Zach said “some number with a bunch of 5’s in it” so I told him I gave that number so you wouldn’t call and to please take me off your contact list. He very rudely stated “your number is public record” and laughed at me so I asked him again to please remove me from your contact list. I was waiting for another call (which is why I answered in the first place) so I had to hang up. Not 10 seconds later Zach calls me back again and all he could say over and over again was “I’m calling to make sure you don’t have any questions, I’m calling to make sure you don’t have any questions”. I told him I don’t and to please stop calling, it was like speaking to a prank caller who was stuck on repeat, I couldn’t believe the experience I was having, he was shockingly immature and he did everything in his power to make sure I not only never use this company, but that I tell as many agents in my market not to as well.

This is a great marketing tool for new Real Estate Agents. My initial contact was with Jeff Trought who was very convincing and spent over an hour on the phone answering all of questions. At the time I was unable to commit but he reached out to me again at an agreed upon time and I purchased my first month. Micheal Tyndall then followed up with the set-up process which was very easy. However, I was compelled to write this review because of the follow-up call that I received from Jeff again going through all of the other features available to me like Live Events and branded Social Media Posts. Bought 50 magazines for $300, what a waste of money, this company is your best friend until you pay. Now can't get anyone one the phone, quality of my companies info and placement is horrible. Was really dependingbon this type of advertising, but like most things in life another disappointment.
