Love Reminder Media! They send out beautiful magazines every 2 months to my top clients I choose with my picture on the cover which reminds clients I am in real estate!!!

I needed some help getting my magazine mailings squared away and was connected to Summer for assistance. She was very kind, courteous, and professional while guiding me to a successful outcome. My clients and I have always been impressed by the magazines they receive through my mailings, and Summer's outstanding customer service today helped put an "exclamation point" on Reminder Media's worth to my business.

She expedited the process and had it sent to me so I can mail my very late Holiday cards. . Summer is the BEST! She didn't stop there, she also sent me links to Holiday client Gift Tags and other Holiday items that I might want to print

Reminder Media producing branded magazines for us for many years. Great customer service and our clients love the magazine.

We really wanted to like Reminder Media, but our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We signed up for their magazine service for our firm, and everything seemed fine during the initial call right up until they received our payment. The wrong magazine was sent out to our clients, and despite reaching out repeatedly, we spent weeks trying to get answers. Each time we were told our issue was being “escalated,” yet nothing was actually resolved. At this point, we’ve been ghosted by Reminder Media. Overall, the customer service has been severely lacking, and the experience has been far more stressful than helpful. We cannot recommend Reminder Media based on what we went through. Cool idea but I suggest finding a different company.
