Great customer service! - And product!
Spoke with Ronecea, and she was very helpful in assisting me. I had trouble accessing the site, as I kept getting a "Connection Timed Out" error every time I tried to log in and edit a magazine. With her assistance, the issue has been resolved. Thank you.
We really wanted to like Reminder Media, but our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We signed up for their magazine service for our firm, and everything seemed fine during the initial call right up until they received our payment. The wrong magazine was sent out to our clients, and despite reaching out repeatedly, we spent weeks trying to get answers. Each time we were told our issue was being “escalated,” yet nothing was actually resolved. At this point, we’ve been ghosted by Reminder Media. Overall, the customer service has been severely lacking, and the experience has been far more stressful than helpful. We cannot recommend Reminder Media based on what we went through. Cool idea but I suggest finding a different company.

Fantastic follow-up and personalized attention
I found this company online and saw they have many good reviews but now I’m starting to think that they paid them off. I paid them $900 for 1000 postcards and 100 door hangers. I didn’t receive 100 door hangers so I contacted the company vice president Kathy emailed me twice and told me that I should receive it soon until now. I still haven’t received it. I emailed Kathy back demand for a tracking number. She never replied back to me. One of her representative contacted me and I told him what happened. He said he would send me the tracking number immediately. It has been three day. Nothing from him. I bet they didn’t even send our 1000 postcards to my customer. Beware of this company.
I have been with Reminder media for many years and have always been completely impressed. I love the fact that they do not overlap territories and addresses, and that I have the freedom to author and create my own content, letter and choices. I continue to receive compliments on the product of both magazines and online, and have gained clients directly because of it. Yes! I highly recommend them!
Worst company first Ryan Gorskie lie to me told me I will be charge only $250 and now they charge me $550 total and my magazine it's not even done correctly. Clients address get "waiting listed" so they will reject your clients from getting the magazine. The website sucks you can even do a simple logo adjustment without them send it to the design team then they do a bad job so you have to created yourself time consuming and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Mark Thomas never available, Amber Thomas lie and told me my project will be on hold and not printed till we fix issues, because of my clients address been under "waiting list" but charge $550 in the weekend when their is cero customer service.I want my money back this has been a headache since the beginning. Will not recommend it at all.

I had set up a date that I felt pressured to get but I got it and was waiting for a big payment to come in was told as long as I let them Know I could change it I both texted and emailed to have my date changed received notification it was acknowledged yet was still charged and when I asked why was never given a reason in fact no one got back to me until I said I wanted a refund and even then got a call back trying to get me to stay with them. I said no refund me and it took them 3 days to process my return which in then is still going to take 3-5 business days to be returned to me. They charged me without my approval and then have been holding my money days after I asked for it to be returned. Terrible company do not recommend.
