My experience with postcards in the past were ok but I was not sure if it was a good return on investment. Renzo Zamora from Reminder Media asked me to give him a chance. I did and I am so happy I trusted him. The first postcard we sent out, resulted in a $2.250,000 listing. Renzo is attentive and great to work with.

Reminder Media Magazine is wonderful. I leave them in local businesses I frequent and Dr. offices. I use them on listing presentations, at open houses and send them to many clients. The feedback is always positive.

I have used reminder media for years. I have used them for several marketing programs. They are responsive and communicate well and typically make adjustments to accommodate my plans and production changes. Despite how good they are, I think they have room for improvement and product development. Bundling of products and services with greater flexibility to allow for magazine, digital and postcard mailings as a package, that is flexible to meet their client/customer needs. I'm sure that is coming, but nudging that forward with my google review.

My clients love receiving one of my professional glossy magazines every other month which are created by ReminderMedia and personally branded to me. I alternate sending three different magazines, American Lifestyle, Good to be Home and Good Health, and they all receive rave reviews for their content, color photos and of course yummy recipes. I have used American Lifestyle Magazine for over 10 years and it is one of the most beautiful marketing pieces that I send out to my special clients. I have chosen to customize the inside back cover of each issue to share personal stories and offer useful information and links with my clients. It keeps us connected and nurtured lasting friendships. This marketing piece has proven a wonderful source for referrals. . The quality of the magazine along with interesting content makes it a coffee table favorite. There are two tear out cards in each issue that are personalized and I have chosen to select recipes that I like for my clients to keep. But there are lots of options. They also send out a digital copy for me which is fantastic.

I feel like this company lied to me and did NOT deliver the results they promised. It all felt like a big sales pitch. The part I’m most unhappy and frustrated with is their social media service. When I called to speak with a supervisor, it seemed like the staff were just reading from a script. In the end, I never actually spoke to a supervisor. The operator claimed she had spoken to one on my behalf, but it felt like I was just getting the runaround. Overall, I think their customer service is terrible! If you’re considering using their social media marketing services, I strongly suggest you run the other way.
