I just dealt with Alex Campbell late this afternoon, and she pretty much typifies the company: Always very positive, helpful with suggestions, and will work with clients on payments. Woof, what a terrible experience. Don't let them enroll you in anything automatically on their site. These helpful people neglect to tell you anything about the revolving charges associated with them automatically enrolling you in things I didn't want, didn't ask for, and wasn't told had revolving monthly costs. And to make matters worse, you can't use their site to unsubscribe or opt out of ANYTHING. You are forced into calling to cancel, left on hold for about 30 minutes and then given a hard pressure tactic to keep working with them. Gross.

Alex Campbell was super helpful. I dragged my feet for a long time in getting my magazine put together. Alex walked me through everything and had it ready for publishing within 24 hours. She stayed on top of everything and followed up consistently regarding changes/approvals. Very patient and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

I was having some issues and contacted Customer Support via chat and the Representative was great and very supportive. The issue was resolved on first contact resolution.

I am constantly trying to find ways to stay connected with my clients and it takes so much time. The ReminderMedia platform made this so simple and has really been a time saver for me - I love the content, the choices for automation and edits that can be made and the mailout as well as digital media that is made available!

Reminder media has allowed me to stay in contact with past, current and future clients on a personal level. I am able to edit and personalize the magazine to my character which is awesome and made simple.

They have a decent product but they dont do what they say. They sent duplicate magazines to at least 20 people and still charged me for those. Even though i told them no fewer than 5 times before they mailed them to remove them!!! On top of that be WARNED!! After your 1st purchase even though you specifically say that you're not going to buy anymore.....they KEEP TAKING MONEY out of YOUR BANK!!!!!!!

I always get help right away if I ever need something changed or I have a question!
