I have been mailing the magazine for the past 3 years. I wish I would have done it sooner. This past year I have a partner that joined me and we both get great feedback and referrals from our past clients and new potential clients.

I worked with Melanie over at reminder Media. She created postcards for me to be mailed out to people who are likely to move. It was such a pleasure to work with her. She was very kind, very patient, and very knowledgeable about helping me to create this mailer that I will be sending out. It was such a pleasure to work with her, if I could give her a 10 star I would.

I have worked with Reminder Media for over 2 years experimenting with all their products (which are nice). However when you wanna be done...They don't let you just walk away. Never generated any business with this product, just thought it was a nice way to splash my name. Make sure you ask what the terms are to get out before you sign up because apparently 2 years of business does not constitute it.

I have been with REMINDER MEDIA for a long time now. The company has been extremely supportive with my GOOD TO BE HOME MAGAZINE and helping me with my customized inside back cover article every month which their design team is awesome with! Not only are they always there with their support for my magazine, But I love everything they offer from the QR code with their landing page, social media promotion, their amazing webinars… It just goes on and on! I highly recommend every agent to have REMINDER MEDIA as part of their marketing promotion to reach and stay in contact with their clients! It’s priceless!!!

I’ve been using this company for a couple of years now for my Real Estate business and really love it. The magazine always looks great, and the customer service team is super helpful—I’ve reached out a bunch of times to pause or tweak my plan, and it’s always easy. It’s a simple, no-stress way to stay in touch with my clients.

Worst experience I’ve ever had using a vendor for marketing and it’s sad to because I had 50 other companies planning on using them but with their lack of communication, follow up, and even just the simple request of getting a copy of the branded magazine sent to me and 2 months later having to send 5 follow up emails just to have a supervisor call me and tell me they don’t know why I didn’t get my copy and then also go on to tell me to “up my marketing skills by doing follow up calls to those customers” when they can’t even provide me a copy after being on the same list to send to? Don’t use this company.

I was greeted with an apology, and had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service person name Tawha. He helped me with making changes to my client list. He was patient and respectful and shared helpful information for me to access my account in the future with no stress. I am Grateful for the service received.

I have been with Reminder Media for 1 year plus - marketing my magazine. My experience with them has been stellar up til now and since I just came onboard with them to run FaceBook ads I expect my experience to exceed stellar! They moved heaven and earth with direct assistance for a month to get my fb business page up and running....at no additional charge! That kind of service is RARELY seen these days and I am so impressed! They could have dropped me and my crappy fb situation like a hot potato... but they did quite the opposite. I strive to have only excellence in my own business and I pride myself on partnerships in this industry with the best. ReminderMedia is absolutely one of THE BEST companies to have on my side. Alex Campbell is the name to remember when you need help with reminder media magazine. Reminder Media magazine is the best marketing tool out there. Alex is their best representative as she worked with me 24/7 f untill my magazine was the way I wanted it and I love her suggestions and guidance and patience. Once done she worked with me another 2 hours to help join my instagram w Facebook, social media marketing is another asset to being a Reminder media client. This has been a great resource over the years as I've used it to keep in touch with clients. There are so many ways to spend our real estate marketing money, but this is at the top of my list! Great magazines!

The customer service associates provide excellent support that has made it easy for me to get my database uploaded and my magazine content organized quickly. They even gave me some assistance creating a QR code linked to my fund raising efforts for the American Cancer Society and it worked to help increase the donations I received! I would recommend ReminderMedia without hesitation....and I received a lead from my first issue!

Samantha Tavera worked hard on finding out why the landing page I chose was not displaying correctly in my magazine proof. She finally said it was a glitch and she will email me once the glitch is fixed.

Good help from the HelpDesk. Had to get a human. I do hate that they try to help you with useless AI assistant first. Ask first if I need a human. I don't use the chat unless I DO NEED a human.
