I have been using American Lifestyle Magazine for a long time. And many of my clients look forward to the different recipes for cookies. Summer drinks and desserts. And some of them knock on my door with a dozen cookies and say thank you.
I have always been pleased with the service of Reminder Media and my clients love their American Lifestyles magazine. Today I was assisted by Oliver Martinez. He was very focused, specific in his communication, and took care of my request in record time.
I have found the customer service at Reminder Media to be stellar in their handling of all issues related to the magazine. I have gotten replies even on the weekend.

Reminder Media has been great. The clients that get the magazine love them. Recently I had a need for tech support to update the client list and I wanted to make changes to the magazine. I was lucky to talk to the most knowledgeable person. He was patient and taught me everything about the program and stayed on the line while I and he completed the changes.
