Kenesha Parker really helped me out today. It was deadline time. I was panicking and having a problem with edits. She was so knowledgeable and so extremely patient! We got through it all. Terrible company to work with! They say you can cancel if you are not satisfied when you sign up, but that is not true. They will continuously charge you no matter what even after you have requested to remove your payment info. They do not "remind" you about the marketing materials you are sending out and I have had an issue with my marketing materials every single time. I am so over this company and it is not right that they continue to decieve others out of money. I have requested so many times to change the dates of my mailings and charges and they do not care.
ReminderMedia support is amazing! Always there when you need them. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to market themselves!
