Even though I thought that the deadline for revisions had passed, Alex went above and beyond to assist me in updating our company logo on the front page of my magazine. She got graphics involved immediately and continued to work on my behalf until an excellent cover was achieved. She even upgraded my account so that I can make future changes on my own. Well Done Alex!

A couple of years ago I was looking for a new marketing material and strategy and Reminder Media offered a Magazine delivery personalized by me. What I like best about the magazines is that they are automatic and I don’t have to think about it but I can customize as much as I would like. If I need to make changes to my delivery dates or recipients, customer service is amazing! This past year I decided to try another product Reminder Media offered which included Facebook Ads and Leads. Much like the magazines, the ads are automatic and I do not have to think about what to post. It’s takes the work out of staying fresh in front of potential clients. After over 22 years in real estate, I wanted to try something new and reach more people. Leads do require more work in following up, and the results and return on investment is slower. Potential is there; results are still developing.

Great magazines I have used for years to stay in touch with past clients
It is so frustrating to navigate in the system. There are no real training videos to help. The training videos that the system offers are just sales brochures for more products. I have spent hours trying to download my Facebook clients. The steps are so obfuscated that it is impossible to figure out. I will request help and report back how long it takes to get a reply.
