I have been using the Reminder Media "American Lifestyle" magazine for 10 years as a means to keep contact with my existing clients, potential prospects and friends. It is a professional piece that gives us creditability as financial planners. It has a personal touch, clients have invited me to their homes to taste the published recipes from the magazine, that they thought I submitted. Their excellent customer service provides us opportunities to "keep" our clients.

All the members of the team I have worked with have been fantastic!! Especially since I am older and cranky, and they were very kind and patient with me while I tried to wrap my brain around all these new things. To top it off, I am picky. The were just so very patient and made all of the changes I asked them to. Explained what I didn't understand and communicated with me quickly when I asked. Excellent team!! I have not yet seen the magazines, but I am excited for this marketing, and I am sure they will be perfect.
Easy Button!!! Reminder Media is fantastic! The set up for social media posts is seemless. The magazines are beautiful, with many selections of design and simple to customize. They make it very easy to personalize them and give the help to use their tools to grow my business. As I am not a poet, I turn to Derik to put my thoughts into words that convey the message I want both clients and potential clients to receive. I have been sending the magazines for a couple of years and my clients love them and I get compliments for such a great magazine all the time. I have now expanded to using postcards to generate business. Derik Stokes is a genius and a great partner in understanding my business's needs and helping me grow it.

I have been sending out Reminder Media magazines to my clientele since 2023. Their customer service staff have always been so helpful, be it sometimes a wait to speak with someone. Having said that, Reminder Media now offers the ability to schedule a call! I was fortunate to speak with Alex who is absolutely an asset to the Reminder Media team. Alex was outstanding, over and above helpful, knowledgeable & patient and, always calls on time. I feel like I have a "life line" now knowing I can always count on Alex to be available to me!
