We are new to reminder media. However, the amount of support has been exceptional. Danny was excellent getting us started with the magazine section consistently calling and making sure we had the support to prepare the mailed magazines to meet our requirements and meet the deadline. Alex was amazing!! Alex contacted us to set up our Digital Edition/ Social Media portion of our marketing. She was extremely patient walking us through the steps to ensure we understood how to utilize the editing sections and how to add recipients to each marketing platform. So far a truly great experience and happy with the professional final product in digital and hardcopy format!

Gia made everything look easy and was very helpful with showing me how to navigate the site to make it my own.

Andrea was Amazing today. She made is so easy to get set up. I am looking forward to using everything Reminder Media has to offer.
