I was struggling with trying to change the front cover of my magazine to include a cover with a QR code. Support from Summer was amazing. I had simple, basic questions and she helped me through them all!
[UPDATE] I'm updating to 5 Stars! ReminderMedia worked out the kinks to the new software and everything runs smoothly. I mostly want to give a shout out to the Customer Service Team that is always available by phone and online chat. That respond quickly and always confirm things are running smoothly. This print piece has really been such a special addition to stay top of mind for my clients, friend and family. [PRIOR REVIEW] I really enjoy sending my branded magazines to my clients. The print pieces are always of good quality and the articles are relatable. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars (more like 4.5) as they changed the software editing platform and it has become more time consuming waiting for custom designs. The ReminderMedia team is always helpful and they allow for flexibility in the issue deadlines. I really love this product.

I have used American Lifestyle Magazine for over 10 years and it is one of the most beautiful marketing pieces that I send out to my special clients. I have chosen to customize the inside back cover of each issue to share personal stories and offer useful information and links with my clients. It keeps us connected and nurtured lasting friendships. This marketing piece has proven a wonderful source for referrals. . The quality of the magazine along with interesting content makes it a coffee table favorite. There are two tear out cards in each issue that are personalized and I have chosen to select recipes that I like for my clients to keep. But there are lots of options. They also send out a digital copy for me which is fantastic.

I feel like this company lied to me and did NOT deliver the results they promised. It all felt like a big sales pitch. The part I’m most unhappy and frustrated with is their social media service. When I called to speak with a supervisor, it seemed like the staff were just reading from a script. In the end, I never actually spoke to a supervisor. The operator claimed she had spoken to one on my behalf, but it felt like I was just getting the runaround. Overall, I think their customer service is terrible! If you’re considering using their social media marketing services, I strongly suggest you run the other way.

NEVER AGAIN lol. I purchased magazines from this company and I tried cancelling months ago. They told me they would stop charging me but then they continued to charge me and ignore my issues. I had to talk to my credit card company. Then they started upselling me and calling me almost everyday trying to get me to buy more from them. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Remindermedia is a great company with so many different strategies for client touch points. So many of my listings have been from people who I send my Remindermedia magazine to. It has been the single best investment I have made in my real estate business!! The staff at the company are super responsive at returning phone calls and emails and they are always available when I need help to create original ads upon my request.
