Danny and Mark were amazing. They helped walk me through everything including how to get my clients out of my phone and upload it into the database and help me schedule all my social media posts and how to get clients and lead magnets and landing pages. Absolutely amazing experience looking forward to more.
They are very helpful with organizing the magazine and the contact list.

Derek was so incredibly helpful. He is thorough in his explanations and I never felt like I was getting sold to when signing up- he genuinely has the client’s goal in mind. I just started and have had people recognize me at church and in the gym from mailers and I have had several calls for listing appointments! I just started but I plan to expand my campaigns with Derek & Reminder Media very soon.
I have been a regular customer for years. My clients appreciate the content and enjoy receiving something in the mail they'll actually read. Some keep the magazines for months. I walked into a clients home one time and discovered a pile of them. I love all the branding too and the customization options offered. It's a huge time saver when compared to doing pop bys. And, anytime I needed help with either adjusting mailing dates or needed more time for customization, they have always been accommodating and easy to reach.

I often get texts with pictures of them reading the latest issue with a cup of coffee and their message "look forward to reading your magazine every issue!" and shares of when they've tried a recipe. Those are great moments that I know they truly appreciate the fact I include them in the distribution. I’ve just started with them, I can’t really give a review on the product itself. BUT! I have to say the staff are very friendly, helpful in getting me set up for the service. Their service sounds robust and very beneficial!
I have been using their professional publications for many years to keep in touch with past clients and friends. The content is great, the look is very nice and you have a choice of various magazines. They offer other services but I have not used any of those as I feel I get what I need from the magazine mailings.

Working with the marketing staff to specialize the "Good to Be Home" magazine is one of the favorite parts of my job. My clients love them. So far, this company has provided a nice service. It took the salesmen a while to talk me into a printed magazine. I feel no one really pools at print anymore. I will say that I had some clients call, email and text that they really liked the magazine. I am sending this to my A+ clients, but I also added a few prospects on my 2nd magazine. The product they deliver is high quality. I love NO advertisements and that was what my clients said too. You can pick the front & back covers and the tear outs which I really like as maybe the month you deliver may differ from their standard choice. Anyway, it feels a bit more like me vs. someone else. Customer support on the chat was very effective too. 1st it was automated, and I said no, that didn't help and immediately they had a real live person solve my questions. Overall, I was pleased enough to order a second drop. I didn't give them 5 STARS yet as I would like to see a referral. But the fact that my clients even mentioned the magazine and that they liked it was worthy as the entire purpose it to remember I exist! As a Realtor that is important!
