Very responsive customer service.
Reminder Media is awesome and delivers great customer service! My representative, Eeman, went through the whole process of getting me up and going with their services, and I didn’t have to do a lot except approve of what she was doing. It was great!
I enjoy working with reminder Media although I wish it were a little easier to contact someone. The chat is the best way to go!

Reminder Media is a fabulous company. Outstanding customer support and the magazine is a true high quality product which my clients love to receive. Plus there's a digital version as well. I am so glad that I am using ReminderMedia to help me market my business. I am happy with the beautiful magazine that they sent out with my picture and contact info and I am happy with the help they are giving me with my social media and email accounts as well. I recently had an issue come up and they would not stop until they helped me resolve the problem. I have been very impressed with the company.

I believe I’ve been with Remind Media since 2009. Sending magazines and now entering the Digital era . Kyra has been amazing. I love the details that I learn each time we talk. I love that these products bring me more business and my clients love the Digital information they receive and they love the magazines. It’s nice to have feedback from people you think you’ll never hear from because they received a relevant piece of information from their REALTOR. The automation and the support is outstanding.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I signed up for a trial for ReminderMedia when I was with Keller Williams. I left Keller Williams in November of last year. When I noticed that ReminderMedia was still sending out magazines with Keller Williams contact information on it, I sent them an email notifying them that I was no longer with Keller Williams and needed to stop the service. I did speak to a service representative and she said I was under contract for 5 more mailings. She did say that I could put a pause on the service until I was ready to start up again. I agreed. Unfortunately the magazines kept being sent out and I kept being charged. I reached out multiple times by email for them to stop the magazines and put my account on pause or cancel it. I am now moving out of state and going to be doing something else for a while and decided I had to talk to someone on the phone. The gentlemen I spoke to said that he cancelled my account and would refund this months charge. I asked about the charges that I was previously charged for magazines I did not want and that had the incorrect contact info on them. He said that there was nothing he could do. ReminderMedia received multiple communications in writing that there was a problem, but they refused to put a pause on the service unless they spoke to me on the phone. I have been overwhelmingly busy with family issues, work issues, and life in general, and it is beyond frustrating that they cannot do anything through written communication that clearly stated that there was a problem. I would never recommend ReminderMedia as a mode of marketing. If they can get away with charging you for services you do not need or want, they will, and will simply state that they cannot go back and refund money for services rendered.

They truly go above and beyond to assist customers, regardless of the issue. Now, I don’t write a lot of reviews - but I do read a lot of them most times before buying a product. However, on yesterday, I felt compelled to share my own experience because of the exceptional customer services that I received. The representative’s name was Ms. Alex Campbell. Alex answered all my questions thoroughly and offered me sound advice to get the most out of ReminderMedia’s products and the platform itself. At no point did she make me feel like a number; or “just another customer.” She didn’t make excuses for anything she wasn’t sure of, but researched it and made it happen. She handled herself well and demonstrated her expetise and professionalism - while always keeping me as a valued customer in her sight. Her demeanor as a representative spoke volume to me because she showed me that she cared. Alex demonstrated clear communication, and genuiness concerns for me. She truly represented her company with excellence. Too often, people can be short-sighted due to their own tasks or time constraints and overlook the needs of the next customer in line. That wasn’t the case here. I never felt dismissed or undervalued by Alex at no times. Ms. Alex led the way on yesterday, she guided me through the platform and helped me better understand how to use it effectively. I can only offer praise for the way she handled my situation, considering my own delays in getting the required materials to them to meet the deadlines etc. Rather than placing blame on me, she helped move the process forward giving me suggestions etc. Alex, keep reaching for the stars. If I could give NO STARS, I would! This company has turned predatory. I've wanted my account canceled multiple times and I get the run around. They have told me twice that I have two magazines to go to fulfill my contract. That was TWO magazines ago!! When does it STOP!? I never speak to the same customer service person twice after being told a certain person was my contact. Do NOT use this company for advertising, I wish I never would have.
They create a beautiful product and then support it well with outstanding customer service.
