This service is a really great value for the money! The website is fairly easy to navigate when it comes to customizations for your magazines and they're always eager to help when needed. I have cancelled in the past when making cuts in my marketing budget and they are very low pressure when needing/wanting to cancel. I will absolutely keep ReminderMedia in my marketing rotation when feasible!
Ibrar was very helpful and knowledgeable . As a florist he walked me through several options that could be very beneficial to my business. A great marketing advisor!

OMG, I absolutely LOVE Cheyenne! She is so friendly and helpful and professional and so easy to talk to and connect with. I feel like she and I would be besties, lol. Everyone at Reminder Media is great, but Cheyenne stands out as absolutely AMAZING! She told me something would get done and she stayed on top of it and made sure it did. We spoke on New Years Eve in the afternoon and she said she saw my name and picked up immediately. How do you think it made me feel when she said that? I'll tell you how: Valued. And isn't that how you want all of your customers to feel? I don't know if she is a supervisor or manager, but she really needs to be. She has the skillset, personality, and "get it done" attitude that I value. Yup, I'm claiming her as my awesome rep now :)

Eeman was awesome!! She took the time to walk me through every portion of the setup and all the options that are available. The program is amazing and will help to automate so many portions of my business. I can't say enough a good things about Eeman. She helped with getting problems straightened out, making sure everything was correct and took the time to make sure that I understood. Even though we were on the phone for a couple of hours she was always nice and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable of every screen and what I needed to do. You could not go wrong.

Reminder Media is without a doubt, a useful and profitable marketing source, however, I truly struggle with any, and all technology...a language I just don't understand. Ali @ Reminder Media has the patience of a saint, and is extremely helpful in assisting me to get exactly what I want, with all my marketing needs.He gives very good, sound advice based on collected data, and welcomes all of my questions, no matter how elementary they seem to be. Also, having his direct extension#, I get HIM everytime I call in, and he is entirely on the same page with me, each time...I don't have to start from the beginning, as with other companies. And even moreso, if Ali is unavailable when I call in, he returns my message within just minutes...EVERY TIME! I couldn't be more satisfied, or more pleased with this outstanding service! I have been with ReminderMedia for at least 10 years. My clients absolutely love the magazine. It has really nothing to do with real estate. There are receipes and articles about traveling, etc. The quality of these magazines is first class.

Bought 50 magazines for $300, what a waste of money, this company is your best friend until you pay. Now can't get anyone one the phone, quality of my companies info and placement is horrible. Was really dependingbon this type of advertising, but like most things in life another disappointment.
