Great help answering questions. So far I like what I see.
I resumed my magazines after a 2-year break from Real Estate. Last year honestly was challenging to re-start my magazines with Reminder. I assumed, as it sounded, many changes had happened since I last worked with your company (which was 20+ years). The representative I spoke with today was a jewel. She listened, she completed my request, and I was able to go back to work quickly. I look forward to the next magazine with Reminder Media. Judy Houston

I would strongly caution anyone considering using ReminderMedia. I originally spoke with a sales agent named AJ regarding a direct mail campaign, and it was made very clear to me that the $313 charge was a one-time payment and that I could decide afterward whether I wanted to continue services. Shortly after, I received another call regarding a “free” website and tracking service connected to the postcards. I was specifically told that service would expire at the end of the month unless I chose to continue it. At that point, it sounded like two completely separate services — one being the direct mail campaign and the other being an optional $84/month add-on. Instead, I was charged multiple times without authorization. When I called to dispute it and request a refund, they refused and claimed I had signed up for ongoing services, which I absolutely did not knowingly agree to. Even after I explicitly cancelled ALL services, I was charged again. At that point, I had to contact my bank and place a stop payment because I no longer trusted the company after being told everything was cancelled. Another major issue is the lack of transparency. They provide no proof of where the postcards are actually being mailed, no mailing verification, and not even previews of what was supposedly being sent out. In my experience, this company uses misleading sales tactics, makes cancellation extremely difficult, and continues billing after cancellation requests. Completely unacceptable experience and a waste of money.
I have been sending the branded magazines to my clients and customers to keep in touch and give valued info they can use. Very professional looking and easy to customize. Remindermedia customer service is great to work with too- very helpful and always there to answer questions:)

My son and I started using Reminder Media early on in our Real Estate careers--2018 to current. Our clients love receiving the quarterly Magazine and its very simple for us to update the recipient list as we close transactions. Initially our business was very concentrated with buyers. Over the years, staying in touch with those buyers has helped us not only retain past clients but also receive many referrals from past clients. Today, our business is split about 50/50 with buyers and sellers--in part due to the retention of past clients and we feel Reminder Media has been a big help. 9 years in and we've never had to buy leads.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Kinda pushy and ghosted me a few times, then high-pressure sales when I was not ready to be on a schedule, as I have not fully launched my business. High quality magazine, but the only option is one test, then 5 more as a subscription. need more flexibility. Even though I love the product, the poor customer service and forced into a subscription model is a BIG RED FLAG!!!! STAY AWAY from this company! Horrible experience. They will come back and respond to this saying they don't want anyone to have a bad experience, as I have read some other comments. Did you REFUND those DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS??? I WANT A REFUND and I have not even gotten my first magazine. LURED me in with a possibility to 'win', yet not one mention of this since!!! Kinda strange! Such a TRAUMATIC interaction with your 'customer service' people. Twenty years in business and you have to lock people into an unbreakable contract? High pressure sales tactics? 20k subscribers on YouTube but every video under 200 views? most under 30? Something is wrong. Why was I ghosted two times? Did they quit? Then why was I pressured by Jack? He was supposed to reach out after my trial, but his demeanor shows me he is a 'closer'. I absolutely HATE pushy salespeople, and despite you having a great product, your pushiness and unbreakable auto subscription model are disgusting.

The magazines are well received however, I had stopped the magazines a couple years ago. I was getting some response but not really what I needed. This time I spoke with reps and they walked me through a system to get even better results. I would advise you to listen to these guys. They know their stuff. True pros!

We are loving the customer service of this company. The people are friendly and helpful. I keep a very full schedule as a Producing Managing Broker. I would never get any customization done without there steady reminders, encouragement and follow-up. They are persistent without over stepping and they know I need help to complete the project. I wish I received this kind of support from every marketing avenue I participate in. In fact, several I have moved on from would still have me as a customer if they had the kind of customer service ReminderMedia has.
