I thought it was more satire but it's not
Great magazine! My clients find this magazine valuable and It helps me stay front of mind with them. I love the customizable pages and quality of the magazine.
Camilo went above and beyond what I needed help with. He answered all my questions and guided me through the resources that are available to me. He also was patient with me as I set up my landing page. Thank you Remindermedia and Camilo for serving with excellence.
Customer Service was on point for first issue making sure looked good and I had reviewed/approved the proof...after that you have to keep up with it on your own. Log in and send yourself proof or review there. I have had an issue send with the same content =( I am halfway through my agreement...I am so ready to be done. They are constantly trying to sale me more, SPAM email. I bought a mailing list moments later their website went down and I couldn't access... After I signed my service agreement they showed up at my office to sign up more agents at our office afterward...I couldn't believe it!! Magazines overall looks great and think that this is a good idea, but I feel after they get you signed up they are less concerned about your satisfaction as they have you for 10 issues?? I was on board with the ease of sending this to my clients, but they want you to log in and then they want you to buy more (digital version, mailing lists, postcards, and more).
Camilo was SUPER helpful throughout my whole process in learning about Reminder Media. He was extremely friendly and patient no matter how many questions we had! This is a great company and we are excited to be working with them!

The quality of the magazine that I've been sending out and the response I've been receiving from my best long term clients is overwhelmingly positive. Very pleased.
This is a great marketing tool for any agent. The auto send with your provided address list is great, it frees up my time greatly! I've had clients call me and say they were ready to sample the food from the pull out cards! Love the ability to personalize the covers to meet my specific marketing plan! I like that they are not dated! You can get a few to handout to prospective clients, gives you a very professional image!
My clients enjoy the articles and recipes in the magazine, and it's a great reminder that I'm a local real estate agent and cafe owner.
We have tried 2 products from this company. The first was postcards - they sent a stack of postcards with our ad stuck in the middle where you couldn't even tell it was an ad for our company. The latest was the magazine. Due to being very dissatisfied with this product, we have been trying to cancel it for months. Every time we talk to someone they assure us they are cancelling our account but it never happens. This company sounds great until you have an issue and then you can't get anyone to respond. They don't follow through with what they say they will do. I have been trying to get a return call for 2 days now with no response. It's really too bad they aren't as good as they sound! Buyer beware!!!
Mimi from Reminder Media was awesome! She took the time and sat with me on the phone for an hour and go over the editing of my magazine with me. She showed patience and care and was a complete professional. Great service!
This place didn’t even add the personal details that I submitted and only did copy and paste with the photo, without centering it, or even making it look not photo shopped into it; it had white outlines around the whole photo. To make things worse since I sent the money they act like my emails don’t send or that my calls don’t go through. Extremely basic quality and they were sent with pen marks in some of my pages and that’s super unprofessional. Overall I thought the service was going to be good, but after delay after delay (first I was to get it in November them barely got it, after 4 delays, on December 27th). This was waste of money and I just hope others pay attention to that before wasting your money on something you can’t even use. In my photos you can see, no DRE number and horrible photo editing into the pages along with really bad quality of the material overall. I paid in full and I literally will just have these useless magazines in the box they came in…. 0.1 stars out of 10

Bad experience. Customer service is horrible. A girl called and said my next magazine printing will be in Jan. I was not happy about them reaching out so quick to schedule for the next printing only a few days after I received my 1st order. Especially when I clearly told the sales rep that I will not be printing so often in my 1st year signing up with them. The email he sent to me also says "Note: You are currently not set to mail for the next deadline." The girl said it's the procedure to call me and confirm if I want to print and to set a deadline within 6 months. Or else my account will be closed. That is not what I signed up for. I confirmed with the sales rep that I can order magazines when it's the right time for me. He said yes. I told the girl it felt like bait and switch to me. She said I can cancel the printing later but she has to follow the procedure and set a deadline. This is ridiculous. I already have an email that says "Note: You are currently not set to mail for the next deadline." Not to mention she raised her voice and kept interrupting me during the conversation. I can't believe I had to yell and ask her if she can let me finish. If it's a misunderstanding, I believe someone else from the company would have handled the situation much better than she did. After the phone call, she closed my account without my permission. I signed up when they had a discount going on. If I remembered right, the set up fee was $50 plus sales tax. It's not a lot of money. However, it's eye-opening to see how bad their service is.
I have been using this service for almost a year now, and I love the magazine and extra services the company offers. I have had several clients and friends who have told me how much they love receiving the magazine, and they are very impressed with the quality and content. The company sends email reminders and calls for proof approvals prior to each mailing. I can increase or decrease my mailing list, create multiple lists and send different magazines to different audiences, and select a variety of options for layouts/inserts. They regularly call to suggest follow-ups and ideas so I see a higher rate of return on my investment. They keep working to make the site better and easier to use. And there are extras offered to those using their services. As a new agent, I have found their services high in quality, and therefore, I have expanded my use to include other marketing tools beyond the magazine. One item to note, know your state advertising requirements. They will set-up your information to make sure you remain compliant with your state advertising guidelines, but you must tell them what that is. Communication is key.
Excellent company and people to work with. They were very helpful in walking me through the process and making the changes I needed for my magazine. The magazine itself is very nice and professional with insightful information and recipes that my clients can take value from.
Our clients love receiving the American Lifestyle Magazine from ReminderMedia. I love that we are able to customize each issue, which makes the magazine very personal. Customer service is always responsive and helpful.

I’ve used Reminder Media for years . The customer service is above and beyond . I tried the magazine as one time gift to clients and they loved it so much I decided to keep bimonthly . Their postcards turned into the one thing that helped me create my brand and be successful . One postcard changed the course of an entire project . I highly recommend them

I've been using Reminder Media for over 4 years now and absolutely love their products and their customer service even more. Every time I've needed something, they have been very accommodating and helpful. Their magazines have kept me in front of my core sphere of influence bringing me many referrals. It's been a pleasure partnering with you on my marketing.
I knew of them as a REALTOR driven concept but I decided to try their magazine with Healthy magazine option. It was a good idea but their communication at every level was a BUST. It'd take them weeks to respond or communicate via phone/email/text even when I called back to their inquiry. My issue was due a payment so my mailing was delayed by 2 months and so my magazines (56) won't get mailed until after the first January. Yet it has Xmas content. Bah humbug!!

Excellent marketing company. I love the American Lifestyle magazine, and so do all my real estate clients. I use Reminder Media for digital/email items too. The staff is responsive by phone or chat and super helpful if you need ideas/solutions. I am a bit of a procrastinator, so their gentle deadline reminders are priceless. I always feel like my success is their goal.
I really enjoy working with the company. All of the associates have sooo much patience and they make me feel like they are apart of my marketing team and this is why I am still doing business with them! The magazine speaks for itself.

They are very horrible with service. I've been calling to service done but no one returns my call. Then one of the lady by the name of Crystal gets mad that I want my money back. One is I didn't authorize no one to freely go in my account. I told them I may consider doing business after the new year but now I won't be doing any of it. They're trash in my opinion.
Deceptive business practice. Said I signed a agreement which never happened verbally or electronically. Buyer beware.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company. They provide a great predict with this BEST service. I highly recommend this service for all business but also new start ups wanting to have a competitive edge on how they market to local communities and nationally. A special thanks to Michael Griego. He's the man and we get non stop compliments about our magazine in our medical community. Overall GREAT INVESTMENT!!!
Right after deciding to use these services, I realized I should have checked out their reviews and discovered enough poor reviews that I called back and cancelled my set-up and future subscription (within ONE hour of order placement and cancellation). I have yet to receive my $99.99 set-up refund that I was assured by Jeremy would be issued immediately. One week later and still NO REFUND ISSUED and NO RETURNED CALLS...but they texted to set up my account. Seems to be yet another SCAM.
They call you 3-4 times a day until you agree on a product, then they charge your card and never deliver or call you back. I promise you you will lose money with this company.
CRAZY! I signed up for magazine delivery on May 5, 2022: once per quarter, 55 magazines. They did the first delivery in June and charged me for that delivery. In addition, they charged me $230 in May, $230 in June, $230 in July, $230 in August, $230 in September, etc. No other product was provided. I was forced to cancel my credit card to stop these charges. I was on hold for 48 minutes with no response. I sent 12 e-mails with no response. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Some of the buttons on the review page didn’t work but overall this was a good platform.
Just a bunch of phone spammers. I politely told them multiple times I am not affiliated w/the broker whose name they can't even pronounce, that I'm not interested in whatever they're selling, and asked them to take me off their list. They won't quit. The most recent call I raised my voice out of frustration and the dude had the nerve to try lecturing me about attitude. It's their attitude that needs to be checked, not taking me off their list and expecting me to tolerate repeated harassment proves this co. does not practice professional ethics.
I have been using them for over 15 years. Love the quality & diversity of the magizine. You can five it your personal touch and let there graphic designers create for you I highly recommend
I’ve had a horrible experience. I began my account in early 2021 with their magazine. 2 issues have been mailed and none of my clients have never received them. I’ve only received 1. I have not received any apology from anyone or we want to make this right for you. It’s all about that it’s not their fault and they have done everything right. I notified them regarding this problem the first mailing and the second mailing. Now we are on the 3rd. The money I have thrown away. It’s all about them selling you a product and then on to the next. You are not a client-just a sale. Now I’m trying to cancel and finding out they have to approve this! 🙄. Seems fishy to me.
I really love the quality of the magazines and all the support the staff gives. I want to try more of their products and will review those as well but I have received great feed back from everyone on the magazines. The only reason I didn't give them a five was because it feels like every time they reach out it's a new or different person. It's been a couple times it was the same person but most of the time it feels like it's different people.
