Great resource for marketing!
Customer service sucks. Agent had the nerve to say we don’t chase because I said I’m shopping around. You don’t chase and I don’t do business with rude salesman. You want me to buy because you sent some emails and called me. I have a million calls from people offering to help me grow my business. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SUCKED AT HIS JOB AND THATS WHY I DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ANY MORE. Would’ve bought if I got an opportunity to see the platform, I did sign up to be contacted by you guys. Have a great season though. Have a blessed one.
Do not do business with this company. They harass you until you join. Customer service is terrible! Won't refund my money. I was promised a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I have not used their services yet and still haven't gotten my refund. They basically stole money from me. They do not take "no" for an answer.
I thought I wanted to do start this advertising method and payed the $100 fee. Then I called immediately back after I realized I’m not in the best situation financially to start this expensive advertising method. I asked for a refund and it has been 5 days and still have not received it. According to many of the reviews, refunds don’t exist even though I was told multiple times they do.
Great customer service and product
I was a little skeptical of this company, but their product has my phone ringing. It really like my magazine. The articles are informative.
Requested on the same day they charged me the 99.99 for a refund and to close my account. My account is still open and haven’t got a confirmation yet. Been a whole day plus already. Looks like I’ll have to keep calling like another reviewer on here, however I hope I get my whole refund and not just half of it because I have not and im not going to use these services.

Requested a refund before any services were started and after many phone calls I received half of what I paid. After many more calls and reassurances that the other half was being processed, I was told that I wasn't getting that other half back and apologized for the incorrect information I was given. Not happy and will never use or recommend this company.
Great company! GREAT VALUES AND MISSION STATEMENT
Worst customer service. Received an invoice for a Magazine I never approved. Called right away and the rep was only concerned in repeating that I was wrong and they were right. I did not receive any proof of the magazine, not before or even after they had charged me without my authorization, no one never helped me with the issues I was having, I said I would skip this edition, but they printed without my authorization, and worst, charged me for it. I lost money, and my clients are receiving content I did not approve, even though there was plenty of time to cancel the printing and the magazines were 2 weeks from being sent out. No one cared about keeping me as a client and solving my issue. Also, there is a one time payment for the marketing team that is suppose to help you setting everything up the way you like, that never happened, they just kept calling, pushing on the dates, they are only interested in selling more magazines. Don't work with this company, save your money and time. These companies are supposed to help to alleviate our stress with marketing but they only added more, who would ever want that?
The magazine is nice. Can't say the same for the rude very unprofessional sale representative I spoke to today. Was trying to cancel after of a year of service, just because things changed( my brokerage) I have old magazine that I can't use and they failed to change my address several time which made me lost to issues that I paid for made me upset but continued to this issue where I tried to cancel and this sale representative strong arming me about a subscription that I'm locked into, I thought you could cancel anytime. This representative rub me the wrong way. Great customer service skills there tough guy.

I’m so disappointed with this company I spent so much time trying to launch my magazine specifically how I wanted it but they were not able to advertise the cover the way that I wanted them to!!! Instead they are advertising other things specifically how they want it to be advertised!!! I also never received my deposit back!!! I spoke to someone to inform them that I would prefer check form and they informed me that it would be sent via check but instead it got sent to a bank I no longer had I’m so disappointed within the services

Great products and customer service.
Typical marking company. I paid $215 dollars for the one time trial magizone, had to request 5X for the QR code I sent over to be on my magazine. They just point fingers between them and the developer. but apparently I missed the where they if you dont cancel they bill you again automatically. Not worth it.
Fast, convenient, good quality work! Definitely going back for future work!
