So far so good! I have sent out the first magazine and the first post card and in making follow up phone calls, their products seem to be well received. And their customer service seems to be on top of it. I'll have more to say after a longer time with them, but I have already been recommending them to other agents in my office. Update: I am now working with RM to send out monthly postcards. I love the quality of the printing. And when I want to tweak the message on my cards to fit my audience, or fix a problem that I feel needs adjusting, Jess K. and Michael G. are super to work with!!!

I've been using Reminder Media for about 3 yrs now. My clients love their magazine and I LOVE the automation of social post, Digital Magazine to all my clients and SOI as well as the bi weekly Calendar of Events for certain areas. I appreciate their level of Customer Service and webinars as well. Over all an Outstanding product and company.

The service itself is great, you want to cancel for any legitimate reason, good luck. They have a HEFTY theft fee of $450 or force you to go digital and pay $120. Absolutely insane.

This was the best gift I’ve ever gave. I didn’t know what to expect when I bought this as a birthday gift to my girlfriend. When she received the magazines she started to cry and was so happy. Best gift ever for someone or business.

Buyers beware before getting into any kind of magazines. I was hooked into a 6 month contract without even my knowledge and was told there was a fine print that after 1 month, it automatically gets a 6 month contract. It's very hard to cancel out of it once signed up. Go elsewhere ..

Once they have you locked in a contract it’s very hard to get out. They don’t let you cancel your subscription and they say you’re bound by a contract. I didn’t remember signing anything like that so it feels very sleazy.

Their American Lifestyle magazine is fabulous. My past clients enjoy receiving the new recipes and articles. Top notch! I have also used their postcards. Top notch, too.

As a full time Realtor, I get marketing offers for postcard, online services and flyers all the time. I have been using Reminder Media for their magazines to send out to my past clients to be on top of mind. I have also used their services for sending out postcards for my listings. The magazines and the postcards are nice and the price is really good but what really sets them apart is their customer service. They make sure things are done right and always there to help with any questions and make things easier for me to save time. I would highly recommend their services!

Reminder Media and I have been working together for a few months now. They produce a great magazine for me that get sent out to my clients and friends. Like any business or person, we encountered a minor error. The reason for my review is to give a shout out to Joe who showed such passion and dedication in handling the issue. Within 20 minutes my issue was addressed, handled and I felt taken care of and could not be happier to be with Reminder Media as one of their clients. Highly recommend using them!

I downloaded a free open house packet from this company just to see if there was any ideas I could add to my current open house marketing. It looked nice but nothing useful. I was never interested in signing up for anything so I put a fake phone number knowing they’d use it to call and try to sell me stuff. Well, they went ahead and looked up my number and called me anyways. When I asked them what number they had on file Zach said “some number with a bunch of 5’s in it” so I told him I gave that number so you wouldn’t call and to please take me off your contact list. He very rudely stated “your number is public record” and laughed at me so I asked him again to please remove me from your contact list. I was waiting for another call (which is why I answered in the first place) so I had to hang up. Not 10 seconds later Zach calls me back again and all he could say over and over again was “I’m calling to make sure you don’t have any questions, I’m calling to make sure you don’t have any questions”. I told him I don’t and to please stop calling, it was like speaking to a prank caller who was stuck on repeat, I couldn’t believe the experience I was having, he was shockingly immature and he did everything in his power to make sure I not only never use this company, but that I tell as many agents in my market not to as well.

This magazine was always a high quality publication priced fairly for the content . The companyvwas easy to work with and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had over the last 12 years or more. I have always had thanks and great reviews from my past clients and sphere of influence folks who received the magazine.

Reminder Media is WONDERFUL. If your trying to find new customers or provide your existing customer with good information, these guys are who you need to work with. Their employee service is AMAZING.

Reminder Media's platform is a unique way to engage with clients. Utilizing a mixture of articles and delicious recipes, each magazine is beautifully presented and showcases my brand in an upscaled and professional way.

The magazines are nice but they make it way too hard to cancel. Tried to cancel through live chat- that was a no-go. Tried to call. Kept getting transferred. Was put on hold for long periods of time. Then the call kept "dropping." Buyer beware.

I explored their services ONCE. They continue to call and harass me with overseas, thick accent callers. Calling from new phone numbers because I keep blocking them. I continually tell them to take me off but they won’t. Harassing company

I used reminder media for the magazine as a one time charge. They billed me again without my consent and trying to get a refund is a joke! Don’t give them your credit card information.

For years, I've relied on ReminderMedia, and without a doubt, their products stand out as the finest I've come across! Currently collaborating with Kat Baker, who orchestrated an exceptional mailing setup!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! The magazine was cool, but I found similar to everyone else. They advertised as $99 then charged over $200 in hidden fees. I was VERY clear this was a one time purchase and was told multiple times I would have to go in and manually set up and pay for another mailing. They assured me their service was NOT automated. I only discovered they did in fact automate the magazine AFTER I discovered over $300 missing from my account. I wasn’t able to cancel online nor remove my card from the account. I have been waiting all day getting dodgy messages and they’ll call, let it ring once then hang out on you, if you’re lucky to pick up instantly. Save yourself some headache and don’t use RM!

I worked with reminder media for 1.5 years then I cancelled the service as it was not working for my business. They have continued billing my credit card for 6 months now, $418.70 every month. I have called and emailed over a dozen times and they keep telling me my account is completely closed out and that I will not be billed further but then the next month they bill me again. I finally had to reach out to my credit card to dispute the fraudulent charges. This could be an honest mistake but the lack of care and support from them leads me to believe otherwise. I would avoid this company.

We are having a great experience. My sister Karen Pascal and I have such a great experience with Reminder Media. Yursa is a great pleasure to work with. She always guide us through the process with our Start Healthy Magazine. Yursa is phenomenal we always look forward for our conversation every time . Very agressive sales tactics, they use the Grant Cardon style of oh we have 50 magazines we are shipping without your approval going out today if we don't here from you and we will bill you accordingly (before any kind of order has been given) to try and get you on the phone. Very classy
