I've been using Reminder Media for years and sometimes with these type of companies, you're just one of the many and if you ever have an issue, you can never get a hold of anyone! That's definitely not the case with Reminder Media! They're always helped me within minutes and their "chat" on the website is nnot just AI! If the AI can't help, you get a live human to help and you're taken care of immediately! Thank you Andrenis Puello for your quick assistance! You rock!

Agent was very helpful and thorough and gave me the exact information I needed. Every time I call, the person I speak with handles my question or problem quickly and efficiently without transferring me to various other people. My clients LOVE receiving the magazine in the mail which surprised me at first. I thought I would try it and see the reaction and then take a different approach if the feedback was negative. It was overwhelmingly positive and many of my clients talk about the great recipes I include; hardly what I expected. But then I realized that they don't always want technical Real Estate information, sometimes a little variety goes a long way. I am very pleased with the marketing program, well worth the price.

I have been a customer of Reminder Media for over 10 years, and love the quality of magazine, as well as the ability to customize what I send in the hard copy magazine. I also send the digital version to a separate set of clients, and it's a beautiful product too and easy to navigate. Four stars for the company because of a major technical glitch that took a very long time to resolve. FIVE STARS to Dan LaBarbera because he is the one was finally able to get it fixed - and he saved me as a customer. He's been professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive whenever I've had a question. And, he's a really nice, genuine person who's easy to work with. Reminder Media has a real asset in him.

I use Reminder Media years ago. I didn’t find it to be a very good use of my money for our firm and stopped using them. Since then I have been getting harassing calls trying to re-sign up. I have expressed multiple times that I wanted them to take us off their list and they have . I even had an agent called me this morning, harassing me to hop on a zoom call and taughting me laughing at me and being completely rude. His name was Brian and was extremely unprofessional. NEVER EVER will use this company ever again.
My experience with ReminderMedia has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had with any company. Despite requesting cancellation of services on multiple occasions, ReminderMedia continued charging our accounts as if those requests were never made. We made it clear that we wanted services terminated, yet the billing continued—resulting in multiple unauthorized charges that we ultimately had to dispute with our bank. At this point, the issue is no longer about a simple billing mistake. It is about a company’s apparent unwillingness—or refusal—to honor customer cancellation requests. What makes this even more troubling is that after reading other Google reviews, I discovered that our situation appears to follow a very familiar pattern: customers report being trapped in recurring billing cycles, struggling to cancel, and continuing to be charged long after they have asked for services to stop. That is deeply concerning. A reputable company makes cancellation straightforward and transparent. A reputable company does not force customers to involve their bank to stop charges. A reputable company does not continue billing after repeated requests to cancel. The fact that we had to dispute charges through our financial institution speaks volumes. I find ReminderMedia’s business practices highly questionable. At best, their billing system is grossly negligent. At worst, these tactics feel intentionally designed to make cancellation difficult while continuing to extract money from customers. Either way, the outcome is the same: customers lose trust, time, money, and peace of mind. If you choose to do business with ReminderMedia, monitor every charge closely, document every communication, and keep records of every cancellation request—because you may need them. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly warn others to proceed with extreme caution.
Dom always goes above and beyond when setting up my post card campaigns. Her and her staff are always quick to respond when I need to change or update my post cards. She is highly professional and always there when I need. In addition to the post cards, the magazines are always a favorite with my clients. I highly recommend Dom and Reminder Media.

6/26/26 Prior to this writing, I had a counselor assisting me, whose name is Maybboor Hyatt in then Pakistan offices of Reminder Media..As I have stated, she was excellent. Mayor has now taken n a new position . I wish her very well in her new endeavors. Now to my wonderful surprise comes Ms. Kanesha Parker in Jamaica. So creative, patient, kind, with great vision, and complete understanding of her products, are my first blush descriptions of Kanesha. She quickly grabs my thoughts , processes them , and puts forth excellent presentations representing my visions of the publications.

As a Realtor for over a decade, I have sent out American Lifestlye magazines (through Reminder Media). My clients enjoy them and it's a great way to stay in touch with all clients, past and present.
The branded magazines help me tremendously in keeping my face out there and reminding them I'm still in the real estate business. I usually get 1 or 2 remarks/responses when they are received.
I have been with Remindermedia for years now. I use the Branded Magazine. Which makes me stand out, and gives me a comfort factor with my Sphere. I am very happy with the Social posting they provide me with great social branding. This past year I ventured into their Facebook ads campaign. This has been providing me with leads. Their customer support team is always ready to help and always gets me the answers I need.
I’ve been sending the Reminder Media magazine to my clients for almost 20 years. My clients love it! - the variety of imteresting anrticles included, the professional appearance, and that I’ve thought of them and sent them this special magazine. I appreciate that I’m able to customize the introductory letter, the cover, the ads, and the tear out cards. The bi-monthly mailing schedule gives me a great reason to call my clients to see their reactions to the content. I’ve also found that the infrequent times I’ve contacted Customer Service for help have led to a speedy resolution of whatever issue I was calling about. Reminder Media makes it so easy to stay in touch with my clients and give them a quality little gift they look forward to receiving.

Imaan was patient in explaining the program to me and how I was to enter data into the FB Lead Generation database. She answered my questions and did a good summary review. I like knowing that the magazine will arrive at a past client's house and remind them of our real estate history. I know the content is solid enough that most people will find a reason to hold onto the magazine for a bit and maybe read an article or tear out a recipe. I don't feel like I am sending junk mail, but rather something worthwhile and interesting. I also like to drop off a copy to businesses with waiting rooms. My mechanic, for instance. Thank you Reminder Media. I signed up for their Facebook Lead Generator program on 12/4, but it has been a complete waste of time and money. I prepaid for a full year and canceled after five months because the service did not deliver what was promised. They claimed they were sending leads through email, but after the second month, I stopped receiving anything of value. The few leads I did receive were either bots or people located more than 300 miles away from my service area, making them useless for my business. I also noticed that the last digital magazine I received was sent on January 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM. Since then, I have not received the level of service or content that was advertised. The only remaining benefits available to me appear to be local event notices, which are not actually helpful to my business. Unfortunately, those are the only products I can still access until my prepaid year expires. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and made no real effort to resolve the issues or improve the quality of the leads. I was also told that I could not receive a refund, credit, or any alternative service that might provide value for the remaining time on my contract. Instead, they said the account would simply sit there until it expired. At this point, I am waiting to see whether the cancellation is actually processed or if they attempt to charge me again when the renewal date comes around. Based on my experience, it feels like the company is more concerned with collecting payments than providing value to its customers. I would not recommend Reminder Media's social media Lead Generator service and would advise others to look elsewhere for lead generation services.
