This magazine is beautifully done and keeps me connected to my clients.
I know I'm a good realtor. I also know I'm not very computer savvy and ReminderMedia is helping with my marketing a lot. Sending out "American Lifestyle" magazines helps me to stay in touch with clients. With friends even so they don't forget to refer me to anyone they know who needs to buy, sell or invest in Real Estate.

When I see my magazines on my clients coffee tables, that is an incredibly satisfying experience! Just knowing its something they love and keep is one reason I choose to refer Reminder Media time and again! I love that I have so many choices in the assembly of my magazine, making it as personal as I want to. Often times I have been able to highlight my clients as well, and them seeing themselves in my magazine has been a big hit too!! They LOVE it, and that makes me come back everytime!

I have been trying to cancel this for a week now. I just RECEIVED a call from a very rude gentleman at Reminder who once he got me on the phone claimed that I absolutely HAD to speak with someone else in order to cancel my account. He then put me on hold for 3 minutes, returning only to tell me that nobody was available to speak with me - AFTER HE CALLED ME! I then questioned why I had to speak with someone to cancel my service and he informed me that he did not have the power to cancel it. I guess he only has the power to call me, put me on hold, and then ultimately HANG UP ON ME when I questioned why he cannot just terminate my account. I referred two other Realtors to thisservice. I have been a good customer, and prior to this experience I may have been willing to re-up at some point once the market turns around. This guy hung up on me for having the audacity to protest him calling me, putting me on hold, and then being of zero use. He clearly, as an English-speaking human being with vocal cords and fingers, could tell whoever the wizard is behind the curtain that I want to cancel my account. He definitely was able to communicate, which is the literally only skill that would be required to pass that message along. Instead, he hung up on a customer.

The folks at Reminder Media are AMAZING! I'm getting ready to publish and send my first magazine, and had a couple issues that I didn't know how to resolve. I sent a help message and within 2 minutes a real person (Andrenis) was helping me – WooHoo!! And, they got me all set with 3-4 minutes. Such outstanding customer care!
Haven't gotten my first magazines mailed out yet but so far I am very pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful everyone I have talked to has been. The process has been easy! Excited to hear what my clients think about the magazines!
I've been customer for a long time and always happy with the service and responsiveness.
I received a sales call for this product, and of course they promised the moon. I agreed to give it a try because I was told I could cancel at any time. After receiving four issues and finding the product subpar, I decided to cancel. Now they tell me I’m committed to six issues. They also told me there was a 50-magazine minimum; however, after I signed up, they informed me that the minimum is actually 65 because you must also receive 15 printed magazines. I do not recommend this product or this company.

Being an old geezer, I was perplexed and confused, when I logged on to the R.M. site to make a few edits to my American Lifestyle Magazine, only to find the site had been completely re designed. I was a stranger in a strange land! That all changed though, when I phoned customer service, and was blessed to be helped by Alex Campbell. She cheerfully showed me the tricks and tips to navagate the new site. I must admit, everything was changed, but in a GOOD WAY! kudos to the Architects who created the sensible, simple, and useful changes. Alex held my hand, and walked me through the site, explaining everything in easily digestible terms.
